The older lady sitting on the couch up front was extremely unpleasant and treated me like garbage. I couldn’t believe she was part of the staff. I’m glad I don’t go here - I would recommend American Family Fitness or Gold’s Gym.

If you want to continue to create a negative and unpleasant experience for guests/members alike, then definitely keep Nicole up front. She continuously has the nastiest attitude, and goes out of her way to belittle, condemn, and make sure she can bestow whatever semblance of power she so desperately clings to upon anyone who enters the gym. It's truly comical the lengths she will go to to make sure it's an unpleasant experience for everyone involved. Find another gym, her presence is reason enough to never return!!!

Would give 0 star if I could - NICOLE at the front desk was so rude and nasty to my guests that I won’t bring anyone here anymore out of fear they will encounter her again. Their words not mine. I wish I knew her schedule so I could avoid her entirely- never a pleasant experience when she’s there. I’ve visited all the locations and everywhere else made us feel welcome- not surprised to see the other reviews mentioning her and her unpleasantness. Why people like her work customer service idk- reminds of disgruntled DMV workers & she definitely discriminates.

I love Crunch!! I've been going for a while now and have only good things to say about it — it's clean, well air-conditioned, and there are plenty of machines, free weights, and equipment. Even when the gym gets busier in the evenings, people are always kind and respectful about sharing space and equipment. There are plenty of cardio options and lots of treadmills and I never have to wait for them. Everyone who works there is AWESOME, super kind and helpful. The locker room is also always clean and stocked well. Great location!!!

Fantastic gym - huge shout out to Valentina, personal trainer at Crunch West End, for being truly committed to helping me achieve my fitness goals. She is amazing at what she does, highly recommend!

Good array of equipment that is well maintained. Yes, machines break down occasionally but they’re usually up and running in a few days. Nice, cost effective gym option with friendly staff. I recently cancelled my son’s membership and it was easy, no hassle at all.

I love this crunch! ❤️ There is definitely no judgement and everyone here, the staff and gym members are encouraging, friendly and have one goal in common- Get Fit! The staff always greet you with a smile and really aim to help you if needed. And the Zumba classes here with Jira and Jenika are Fabulous, Fun and Kick butt! 💪🏽. Definitely come and check it out!
