My first appointment was extremely successful; due to the professional and courtess interactions with the staff . The follow through on what was promised; was "on target ".
I once again used Certified for maintenance; and found same level of professional courteous competence present.
Another "service visit" resulted productively-plan an inspection next
I was fortunate enough to ɓe able to schedule another service visit with Certified. The routine inspection work was handled with the same professional quality of work and customer service, as my previous visits.

I brought in my 2009 Subaru Forester and they were amazing to work with. I brought my car in on Monday (a day before I had made my appointment) and there was a one day turnaround to do a multi point inspection and complete all work. They were also very upfront about what had to be completed at that very moment versus what I could wait a little bit to do. Great place and I plan on coming back every time I am about to head off to college. My car is running beautifully now and all noises have minimized. Thank you guys!

We had taken our car to a VW dealer and gotten a huge estimate. Then we called Chris at Certified Auto Repair and made an appointment for a second opinion. Within 24 he had a complete estimate for us. Not only were some of same repairs on his estimate as Volkswagen, but at a greatly reduced price. Plus other repairs that VW said we needed were found to be not needed, and got our car done in 3 days after authorization. Very happy customer, will definitely use Chris and his team again for all our future needs on this car. We trust no one else.

They changed the oil as requested and made a made a number of recommendations which was good and showed me pictures for proof. Also, they were not pushy but encouraged me to fix the issues. I would recommend them to others.

Certified had my suv for almost 3 months doing a transmission repair. I got my vehicle back a couple of weeks ago, picked it up and left the lot. On the way home I noticed the traction light was on, pushed the button and wouldn’t shut off, also cruise control wouldn’t work, and when it’s turning a hard right, it makes a “hopping” motion, and the cruise control doesn’t work. Called the shop immediately and was told to bring it in. Took it in yesterday and they now want to charge me over $200 to “fix” the thermostat, saying that it’s unrelated, after spending $7,000 to fix the transmission! I asked if it was taken for a test drive, and the representative that I spoke to said the light was not on and it turned right correctly. I wouldn’t recommend this place to any one unless you’re looking to be taken advantage of. I am still waiting to hear back from someone regarding this issue.
EDIT: So I was notified after this review and my car was dropped off this morning and all of the things I was asking for were fixed. Thanks guys

Certified Auto is the BEST! They are so kind, friendly and always go the extra mile. One time I thought my price was different than what they quoted me and they made sure it was the exact price I was told (even giving me a free oil change) because of that! They send out coupons and they never expire. They even have a transportation service if your nearby. Very affordable and trustworthy. Thank you Certified Auto!

I had my car inspected and the Technician checked everything. They gave me a report on everything they looked at and explained anything I was unsure of. I couldn’t ask for anything better.

I may be jumping the gun but was very impressed with customer service here. My mom was recommended here and they blew another repair quote out of the water. I called to get my brakes and muffler fixed and Chris was so nice. Will update after fixes are done but I’m telling you that customer service is gone at most places these days but not here. This is how you get a loyal following and referrals. Bravo CAR
