We have been using Centerville Imports for a few years now. Tim, the owner, is always upfront and honest when it comes to repairs. I have never felt like I was being overcharged and he takes the time to explain everything. I feel very comfortable recommending them to anyone and am happy to give my business to small business owner.

I cannot speak highly enough of Centerville Imports and their stellar customer service. From the moment I walked in with my BMW Z4, I was greeted warmly and felt assured that my car was in good hands. The staff’s knowledge and expertise, especially in troubleshooting BMWs, were evident as they quickly diagnosed and resolved the issues with my vehicle. Their attention to detail and dedication to solving problems left me impressed and grateful. I highly recommend Centerville Imports to anyone in need of top-notch service for their import vehicle.
While I was checking in a customer came in and had an issue with his billing. The staff quickly resolved the opportunity and if not to his satisfaction, it was certainly to mine! I plan to be a long term customer and highly recommend anyone with an import to give them a call when you need help.

If I could give them zero stars I would. This shop is an absolute nightmare and one of the owners is one of the rudest business owners I've ever dealt with. I was just reminiscing to my coworker about last summer when I was on a road trip and my car was intermittently turning off while going 65mph only to find out this shop put faulty battery cables on the car when they installed. Or how about the time I had to go 5 times to get them to assess that I needed new brakes and rotors which meant missing work and being without a car on multiple occasions. Oh and the best was during the whole break fiasco the owner chewed me out and belittled me claiming his guy did good work on my car while I was on speakerphone with my coworkers. What a class act. I would never ever go here again and I tell everyone about my experience with them. I hate writing bad reviews but hopefully this helps someone else. After the break fiasco I read a review on another site where the same owner spit on someone's shoes which was unfortunately not surprising at all. I can't remember his name but I'm sure many people who have encountered him will.

This is the first shop I have ever used for a large job on my vehicle “needed a transmission”, and it literally drives better than it did when purchased. The shop rates are more than fair when receiving updates, explaining what it going on all the way to the confidence Centerville Imports give you when you pick up your vehicle. They definitely do not want to keep your car! They want YOU to keep rolling!! Thanks again, I know I’ll be back.Services: Auto A/C replacement

I have been going to Centerville Imports for about 8 years. Tim and his staff have been very transparent on what work needed to be done on all of my cars. I never feel like they are adding on things that do not need to be done. They are knowledgeable, honest and fair. I have recommended Tim and his team to several friends who have been pleased with their work.

My 88 jaguar xjs stopped on me had it towed to have a alternator replaced. While there Tim said the car had little or no compression. Recommended replace spark plugs, build up compression etc. Said he thought the problem had been happening for a while. Remind you earlier this year he serviced the vehicle, inspection brakes and rotors? Six weeks later he explains there is nothing he could do and demands that I pick the car up right away. I explain to them that I was out of town my mom had hip replacement surgery and would be there after she recovers. When I finally pick the vehicle up they try to charge me for storage and labor of $3300. We settle on labor of $1300 but the vehicle is in worst shape than when I bought it in. Every light is on in the dash. A few lights that I have never seen before. He claims he had over 40 years of working on jaguars!! That may explain why he had so many in the yard that don’t work?? He can’t fix them either..,,,,,

Have been coming to this business for only a few years, with a recommendation of a friend. What a breath of fresh air !! Tammy greets you with a smile, and a kind word. Tim returns calls when there are questions. He explains service and repair needs in a manner any novice can understand. I have received better service, at a lower cost here, than the several other places I have used over the years. I highly, highly recommend Centreville Imports

I stopped by unexpectedly when my hood latch popped while driving and I couldn't get the hood to close again (my hood is currently messed up do to hitting a deer). They were so kind to stop what they were doing and solved the problem in 5 min. Really appreciate them!
