This was my first time visiting the store with my two toddlers, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. An employee kept following me and my family around the entire time. He tried to act like he was doing other tasks, but it was clear he was watching us. We looked around briefly, but the whole situation felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming

Stopped in for some 9mm target rounds. This is one of the few places to get ammo in Richmond after 7pm, since most pawn shops close by then!

A nice selection of items The staff is very helpful, nice and enjoyable atmosphere, cost is a little on the higher side on some items but better quality so it should be expected.

Their customer service is atrocious! Went in to buy some glasses 2 days in a row and both days issues. Can only ring you up at the sunglasses counter so the first day (6/23/25) their system was down and was told I’ll have to wait however long it takes. The second day (6/24/25) I was told the counter person for the sunglasses was at lunch and I would have to wait until this person returns from their lunch. So no one else is the store can help? Ask to speak to the manager and get told she busy right now, so I leave the store and call. Get out on hold for 4 minutes and transferred to the managers voicemail. This store has gone down hill and should be shutdown due to piss poor staffing.

Nice store most of staff was great but ……
First cashier was a train wreck
After 15 minutes I switched to another cashier paid for my Diet Coke and bag of pecans and told them to keep the rest of the items
Good store
Most of the employees are great
1 Horrible cashier
1 Manager with a sarcastic attitude

Talked to Jacobi, I asked to make sure they had the tree stand i was looking for because it takes me a hour to get to this store, he said yup! I arrive at the store and he proceeds to tell me that they can not find the tree stand, and I could pick a different one. Maybe he needs to pick another job, so I wasted my time because people can't do their job right. Jacobi needs more training to be at customer service, or he just needs to collect carts from the parking lot. Stop pushing people through training, and actually train them for the job at hand, horrible experience at this location. COME ON CABELAS DO BETTER
