I feel compelled to leave a glowing review for myself, and a not so glowing review for my daughter, whom I doubt will leave a review.
My nail tech, Ann, was AMAZING, truly the best I've ever had for gel mani/pedi. She took her time and every finger and toe is perfect. If I ever go back to Buffed and Polished, I'd request her and only her. I got the back-to-school special for $85. I did have to correct them at the register, because at first they told me $100.
Now my daughter got a gel pedi and a gel-x mani, French plus chrome, and was charged $165!!! That just can't be right, but if it is, it's WAY overpriced. But worse, as pretty as her nails "looked", at closer inspection almost every nail was not smooth around the edges. I cannot believe her tech let her leave that way! Was it because her hour was up? I have no idea, but if it were me, I'd be completely dissatisfied, esp for $165!! One last thing, I've never had gel-x, but there was some yucky stuff caked up under each of her nails. I wonder if that's that normal?
All this being said, I think that staff was happy and friendly, but the pricing seemed shady. For that reason I'd be hesitant to return based on pricing and quality my daughter received.

The service A1, the vibe A1, the level of knowing the difference of the products is amazing to me…Ashley offered me acrylic nails as well as GelX with me knowing the difference and the pros of the GelX I decided to go with GelX…the amount of time it took and the way my nails feel so natural with using gelx I believe I will choose Gelx more often…the building is always clean , smelling good and get the homey feeling when walking in there…I received a pedicure as well today from Annshe did an absolute fantastic job as well…she was friendly and she knew the first polish wasn’t it so she gave me the look and glad she did because Ashley saved the day with lavender…thank you all for always welcoming me with my walk in appointments and going by the images I have for my nails…
Cleanliness: After someone get up I see them sanitizing and cleaning the area as well as sweeping the floor in between clients for debris
Stylist: Ann && Ashley they went over and beyond to get me the perfect color as well as being knowledgeable of the different services you all offer…

Very disappointed. I'm new to the area and tried Buffed and Polished for a Dip Manicure. It took almost two hours for the manicure and the result was bumpy, uneven nails.
3 days later, my dip started peeling off my nails in full one at a time. I'm so mad that I paid $60 for basically peel and stick nails that took way too long.

Left here extremely disappointed. Wanted to try somewhere new but ended up needing to go back to my regular nail place to get my nails fixed that same day. Although everyone was very kind and friendly, my nails were unacceptable by the time I left. They were misshapen, uneven, and several of my fingers were bleeding by the end of the process. Ended up paying $60 just to go somewhere else and get them fixed after. I always get dip on my nails (usually with tips as well) and these nails turned out extremely uneven, thick, and inconsistent. The nail tech was very kind, but I cannot believe she had me leave with nails looking like that. I asked her for nails the same length as hers in a less pointy version of an almond shape but they were about twice as long and very misshapen when I left (after asking her to shorten them several times), and the entire process took two hours. By the end of it I just wanted to leave and couldn’t believe the time and money spent on these nails.

The staff at Buffed and Polished is amazing! They are skilled, personable and definitely take pampering to the next level! I see Dajah & Linda most of the time and my nails always get compliments & my dip lasts for weeks! Recently did pedicures and manicures for my daughters and friends and had the best experience! ?

THESE PEOPLE ARE STALKERS. I haven't been to this place in over 2 1/2 years (wish I could post screen shots) received a missed call from them on 03 /21 from Dejah telling me i had an appointment it's 11:15 in the day I'm usually working at this hour so that was one red flag, not to mention I have a nail tech that I'm faithful too and have been for years. these people are weird. they can't say they called me by accident bc I haven't stepped foot in this salon in years which is another red flag that thy don't update their systems so imagine what else there not updating. Weirdos.

Dajah was VERY ACCOMMODATING to my color changes. She did my first manicure and dip ever and I absolutely LOVED it!!!! ?
The colors were perfect she chose!! Dajah's overall company and attentiveness, as well as those working at the salon were great.
Dajah also gave me a deluxe pedicure as well and that was the most relaxed I have ever been leaving a nail salon. Thank you again Dajah!
I highly recommend this nail salon! Thank you for allowing me to have a wonderful experience. ☺️

I LOVE coming to this shop for my nails. Very clean, nice atmosphere. My nail tech Ashley is AMAZING! Often I just trust her to do whatever inspires her and she nails it every time. I’m always getting compliments on my nails. Book with Ashley and you’ll never be disappointed.

I’ve gone to Asley for awhile. My service is dipped manicure and various pedicures. She always does a great job. She has picked polish colors for me and it always is a beautiful match. I highly recommend her.
