Excellent service, highly recommend!! I'm from out of state and was traveling through when I blew a tire and cracked the rim on 295. They managed to find a rim and tire for me and stayed open late to get the job done so I could get back on the road that day. Very grateful for all they did.

These guys are amazing, had an unexpected leak in my tire and after being turned away from multiple places after declining to purchase all new tires when all I needed was a plug, the kind folk at Buffalo Tire Pros came to the rescue.
Despite usually being by appointment only, they were happy to try and fit me into the schedule so they could help. The service was extremely quick, everyone I spoke with was kind and courteous, and never once did I feel like they were trying to take advantage of the situation like the other places I tried. It's also a huge us to know I can support a local, family-owned business over the big guys.
I will 100% be back for any related needs and will be passing along the information to anyone who might be looking for their services.
Thank you again for the save, I really do appreciate all the help!

My boyfriend and I got a flat tire on the way to the airport. My dad call Buffalo Tire Pros and they were very helpful! They ordered my new tire and got it replaced instantly. They gave us a ride to the airport as well! Customer service was fantastic! If you’re in that area I would highly recommend going to there shop!

My daughter, who is Active Duty Marine Corps was driving to the Richmond airport to come for the 4th of July weekend. While enroute, she hit some rogue, road debris about 20 miles away causing her right front tire to deflate. Being in Florida I was limited to only a google search, for a tire store, that was open the afternoon before Independence Day, and have her size tire in the Richmond area. After being met with negative results from multiple phone calls searching for a tire store near the Richmond Aorport I had the pleasure to speak with Will at Buffalo Tire. After explaining my situation, Will went above and beyond to help us out during this stressful event. Will found a replacement tire in the area, allowed my daughter to keep her car at the shop over the weekend and gave her and her boyfriend a ride to the airport where they made it just in time. A huge thank you to Will and his wife for saving the day.

I had just left the parking deck at the airport and lost a tire. I was able to limp into Buffalo right before 5 pm. They took time to see if they could fix it. Tire was shredded. It's a BMW with weird tires. Had to order new ones. Had it back on the road the next day and felt like a new car! Thanks so much!

My friend and I were on our way back from NC and stopped in Richmond and I accidentally hit a curb and popped a tire. We barely. made it to buffalo tire pros before the tire was undrivable. The owner fit us in and replaced the tire for us. The owner and his wife were so kind to us. The tire was fixed quickly and we were able to be on our way. If I lived in the area I wouldn't hesitate to the my vehicle back here for other services.

We blew a tire out on 295 traveling from Maryland back to South Carolina. Buffalo Tire was where our insurance company had the tow truck take us. When we arrived at the service center we learned that they are by appointment only but when we explained our situation to Scott he immediately called Will (owner) and Will cut his lunch off to come assist. He personally drove to pick up the tire we needed from another location and even offered to grab us lunch on his way back! We graciously declined but these guys were amazing and so empathetic to our situation that they literally dropped everything to help us get back on the road. Never experienced customer service this amazing. Thank you Buffalo Tire!!

This place was a complete 10/10 the other day! Hands down!! One of my tires got a tool or something embedded on the way home and I had to do an emergency pull over into their corporate park. Thank god they were there! It was about 5 minutes until they closed but I walked in and explained the situation and they did not hesitate to assist me whatsoever. They were very understanding, efficient, expedient, and fair. The situation could have been much worse but I'm thankful that they were there and that they cared enough to help me out, even when they didn't have to. No idea why Yelp has this location marked as closed, it is very much still running.

This place is awesome. On my way home & my tire light came on. Thanks to the other excellent reviews and proximity I chose Buffalo Tire Pros and very glad I did. When I arrived they took me right away and took excellent care of my car. Everyone was so kind and service was great. Definitely recommend!!

Had an emergent tire situation and went to 3 different locations that were unable to take in. Buffalo was thankfully able to squeeze us in. They were very personable and generous. We were able to get back on the road in only 30 minutes. Will definitely be keeping them in mind for any future issues. Thank you, Buffalo!!!
