This location has the WO RST customer service, the staff is rude and very unhelpful. Brought a Xfinity prepay from here never open the box nor used the service and they would not follow Comcast guidelines of the return policy. No never again will I go here

Long wait times. The employee didn't explain anything about the phone, didn't give me any plan prices, or explain the fees. The phone I wanted was their free promotion for the month, next thing I know he tells me I owe $140. I was shocked and when I questioned the price he got an attitude with me. And snidely remarked "well how much did you think it was going to cost, you still have to pay for it". I clarified that I wanted him to go over the price breakdown for me. He told me I had to pay the activation fee, the fee for phone screen protector, the fee for the phone case, and the line initiation fee. I told him I didn't ask for him to add the screen protector and phone case, because I could get it somewhere else. I asked him what was the fee for the monthly service and he told me $57. I was confused because I know I saw promos for a $40 plan and an $25 unlimited plan. He became exasperated and made his irritation towards me very visible, as if I was wasting his time. He said they only had a $50 and $60 monthly plan. I ended up paying $110 and really contemplated just leaving, but he was already in the process of porting my number from my previous carrier. And just as he was finishing up he told me that Samsung's no longer come with a wall adapter. At that point I didn't care and was ready to leave. It was such a negative experience that I started googling their return policy as soon as I got home. I buy cellphones at least 3x a year, and I definitely will not return to that location at all. And then to add insult to injury I look at my receipt and I was charged $25 for activation, $10 connection fee, $57 for Boost RTR (NO CLUE WHAT THAT IS), and $18.60 for sales tax. Boost is out here scamming new customers with false advertisements. I'm definitely switching back to Visible once the 30 days is almost up.

Cute mark-ups and fees. Went and activated a boxed phone on my boost account at home instead. Hilariously bad customer service complete with eye-rolling, heavy sighing, and attitude; so all in all it's a three star in Boost Mobile rankings.I hope you lose your franchise rights. But then again, the neighboring Rent-A-Center clientele will feed this place for years."A fool and his money are easily separated."

Very disrespectful attitude. Up price EVERYTHING. TOLD ME 3 LINES WOULD BE 145$. And I just set up el3 lines last week for 117$! She has no emotions towards communication with customers. Very disrespectful. ! Mrs Marcie need a reality Check

Every time I try to go to this location the wait is always so long that I end up walking out.Today the wait was about 20 minutes before I walked out because I was standing on a line where it looked like the rep was just sitting behind the computer helping NO ONE!!! Poor customer service!!she just let us stand there and didn’t say a word and it was only 3 customers in front of me smh
