Very knowledgeable staff, they are patient and even with other customers they never waivered with my assistance. I'm alot more comfortable now if I know an issue needs to be resolved.

Went to the Boost Mobile store yesterday. I was not sure what to expect in regards to whether they could assist me or how they treat their customers. Erica S was hands down the best representation of excellent customer service. She was genuinely caring and knowledgeable and knew exactly how to do what I needed. Five PLUS stars to Erica.

Brian was not helpful. I had to force him to assist me. He was very negative and unwilling to try to help me. Thankfully I was able to get a helpful boost rep on the phone. They seem to only be able to take bill payments here. Anything else is too difficult.

Terrible service I went to get a new phone, 4 days later I returned because the screen was cracking and they told me that they could not exchange it or return the money because more than three days had passed. Very rude a boy there who did not wear a nametag to know his name.

New guy with redish brown hair said he didnt know how to give account number. Rude and really dont need to be working tbere. Never had this kind of service in the 3+ years i been with them. I have ptsd and had a bad episode when i left crying depressed and all. Have few days to think of switching

Yes I went to Boost Mobile at 7121 Staples Mill Road. Received a text from Boost Mobile to go to one of there stores to get new sim card. After they changed the sim card in both of the phones on my account my phone was the only one still not working I gave the phone back to the young lady and she asked for the older ladies help she refused and would only help the people that speaks her language and I keep telling them something is wrong with my phone and the older lady still refused to help. I gave them my phone back 3 times and then she claimed that the system went down. It was a lie called the company and they told me to go back because it was the wrong sim card and it doesn't work on my phone. Went back the older lady still refused to help me and then said at least you can make phone call and then gave me a story about how they do this all the time with no problems and then said they didn't change my sim card but did then cut the lights of locked the door and refused to sill help and told me to come back the next day after I spent 4 hours trying to get them to fix the problem and had to go back to them only to be talked to like a piece of trash and only to find out they broke my phone by another store and had to get a new phone so if you're not of there race I would find another Boost store to go to

Terrible, the lady attends very well but the girls put it definitively, I did not go to pay for a two-in-one plan, it was 80 dollars but I had a credit there, I only saved page 60 and a little the next day that the month began, my line was cut off because I was missing Loke, of course, I had credit a month before this, I tried to join my line so that there are 2 of them, the girl told me that it cannot be returned the next day, the lady did it very well, they should put more responsible people

The customer associate was very kind and sweet to me and made it easy for me to sign up for their $50 Family Plan to switch over and buy a great LG phone for cheap like $50.

Good customer service.....each visit greeted & assisted with patience. The lady seems very knowledgeable of policies & phone terminology......& can assist with contacts to handset insurance department....some how the ph purchased by client is not receiving good wifi unless standing in direct contact with connection hopefully the reset that was Given can solve this problem. Otherwise nice service
