Very knowledgeable staff, they are patient and even with other customers they never waivered with my assistance. I'm alot more comfortable now if I know an issue needs to be resolved.

Went to the Boost Mobile store yesterday. I was not sure what to expect in regards to whether they could assist me or how they treat their customers. Brian was not helpful. I had to force him to assist me. He was very negative and unwilling to try to help me. Thankfully I was able to get a helpful boost rep on the phone. They seem to only be able to take bill payments here. Anything else is too difficult.
