“This is not the warmest First Citizens that I have visited, but I think the staff is Professional and that they are trying to be an efficient bank with a small town, friendly feel. I will commend Colleen on her extraordinary customer service and Keith is kind, once he get to know you. I would recommend this bank and I feel that they will only improve.”

“It's unbelievable the excuses employees make when they don't want to serve you. Today around 5:45PM, my husband and I were in Krogers 9000 staples Mill Road location shopping for lunch items for the upcoming week, so we decided to purchase deli meat packet (the all American pack), but unfortunately they were completely out. I asked for the All American packet. The deli attendant says and I quote" we're out". I asked if she could make one for me as I have times before. To my surprise the attendant then says, I'm here by myself and I don't know how to make it. In my mind I thought it was a joke and she would make it, but this women who works the deli says they are made by the morning shift workers and I don't know how to make it. In my mind I'm saying how do you not know how to make it you work this department. My husband goes to get someone in management, Neil who came to assist with the situation. I explained the deli attendants reply, his face was so priceless. It's only turkey, ham and chees, sure we'll make it for you. We got what we came for, but it's mind boggling what people say and do that makes no sine on any level and to think the meat packets are made in the morning and left out all day. Simply says a lot”
