They could not have been more accommodating! I have been shopping there for gifts for years, and just recently started using their nail services because as I recover from a medical procedure, they have made certain to do my manicure and pedicure in their back area away from the main store. is fun to sit and listen to all the stories All stories and hear the laughter. It is obvious that their clients love coming as much for the friendships as the services.

THE best place in RVA for all your *spa* needs!! I’ve been a client for over 25 years. The Andres Sisters & Staff treat you like family! They’ve seen me at my best, supported me in hard times, watched my boys grow up. Heck…I even got engaged in their shop!!! Plus they helped connect me with another client for a job when I was unemployed. Andres has you fully covered for all your needs!

After living in Richmond for a year and trying about 6 nail salon, I have finally found a home. Seriously this is the best. Pedicures that last. An over all wonderful experience and the gift shop and boutique are fun and exciting. Love this place and I love the staff. Elaine Marlowe

If I could give Andres' 7 stars, I would! Andres' has the CUTEST gifts in town and the sisters are hilarious!!! I love love love their "unique gifts" and can't seem to walk in without buying all kinds of things for the house! They offer free gift wrapping (which is always adorable!) and will even gift wrap a gift card, if you ask! I also love getting my nails done at Andres! They have hundreds (I'm not kidding!) of colors to choose from and offer, traditional nail polish, gel, and dip. My favorite is the dip! Again, love this place and love these sisters! Get your nails done, have some wine, shop for friends, and stay for the stories!! :)

Even though I've only gotten one manicure here, they sell great gifts. My friend and I attended the open house and remarked that they didn't give us the 10% off that is always published on the invitation. The employee/cashier barked at one of the owners that they should have told her about the discount. Very uncomfortable for all the customers. I still didn't get my discount and mentioned it. The employee told my friend she would credit our cards accordingly. I'm still waiting on that credit. My husband went in over the weekend to do some shopping and said he will never go back. Sadly, we'll be taking our business elsewhere as we have supported this family owned spot for a long time.

Riley is the best for facials! She will customize everything for you. I always walk out with the best result. I did the derma-plane and some treatments, didn’t realize what I was missing out on.

I bought a pair of jeans from Andres yesterday…..they are fab…..wore them all day yesterday, and today (yes, I do plan to take them off some day). They are SO COMFORTABLE and a great fit.
