My experience with 3 Stars Vape has been above and beyond, with both products and customer service. The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly, good customer service is a deal breaker. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my health and Mike and Brittney are always extremely open and honest about my questions (I ask a lot) and I’ve never felt rushed, even when there’s other customers in there. It’s a great network because the customers are always patient too.❤️ Quality is worth waiting for in any atmosphere. My first visit there I was greeted by the owners son who was also professional ? and he even knew how to ring me up.So I have an update. Still a wonderful place. I hadn’t been there for a while and I went in yesterday and the man the guy accidentally gave me the wrong kind of Kratom because it was next to the larger one that I asked for. I went in today to tell them that it was wrong and there was a blonde shoulder length hair boy that had an attitude because I took three that made me sleep for almost 24 hours. Mike has ALWAYS been great about me returning things that weren’t right for me, including a $75 bottle of CBD oil. These are the kind of people that make good customers like me stay away from places like that when the owner is not there to watch over them. Mike, as soon as I’m able to come back in when you’re there I would love to be able to discuss this with you and erase this review.The boy in the store said I was irate and calling him names and would not call you so that I could speak to you. If you could please give me a call I would really really appreciate that Mike, thank you.

Would have loved to try this place but they don’t ever open on time or at least not at a time t that’s consistent with their hours posted onlineI came at 10, 10:30, and again at 10:453 days in a rowInside lights were on , big white open sign light on ,but no one was inside and the door was locked .But I did tried so I guess my advice would be to show up in the afternoon and ignore what’s posted online as they obviously don’t update that page or stay consistent w their posted open time .

I go here when needed and used to be a regular. They hired a new dude and he’s just the worst. On the phone, barely paying attention to what i’m asking, and extremely cocky. Quality was better before they brought him in. Now he’s the only one I see when I go. I miss Brittney.

Terrible experience. I went a little while ago and the young Caucasian girl working the counter was so unapproachable and rude. She didn’t want to be bothered and when I was ready to check out all I could hear was irritation. Not a pleasant experience at all and won’t be returning due to terrible service.

I was trying to purchase some items. I think her name is Brittany. Was busy on her phone and didn't seem to care to help me. Seemed to have waited 20 minutes for her to be done with what ever she was doing.

Not inviting. Customer service sucks. Prices change when they want. Product is the same as any other vape shop tho they do have a few things others don't like trip and glass papers.

Actually on my way back to this great place now. The manager helped me and was so friendly! When I asked if his delta 8 products works he replied saying he doesn't sell anything that doesn't. Highly recommend this location!

Nice shop. Very clean and organized. A lot to choose from. Good selection of disposable Vapes. The employees there are friendly and quick to jump in and help you. And this store has some great hours open late and open every day.

Guy working was so nice and helpful! I have very limited knowledge (aka none) when it comes to vaping/products and he helped me find exactly what I needed and had great recommendations. Did not feel rushed at all and he made sure I was happy with everything before leaving. Will definitely come back here for future needs!

I've been to several vape stores in Richmond and this is by far the best. I'm very sad about AVAIL closing so I was searching for new vape store and I'm so glad I found 3 Stars in Lakeside. Change your name to 5 Stars Vape!Wonderful staff, friendly and informative. Thanks so much!
