“I’ve only been to the shop a couple of times, but I have decided not to take my vehicles anywhere else. Excellent service, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I had aftermarket tires and rims done, and also an alignment on my self-lifted RAV4. (Most of the shops I went to before won’t even touch a lifted vehicle).
They went out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable with the work they were doing and kept me informed about everything, including a couple of issues that they encountered during the process and explained in detail what could be done to fix it. (Regarding the lift kit suspension components I installed).
Not only were the technicians able to provide terrific service with amazing results, but the price could not be beat and they have proven to be more honest, knowledgeable and reliable than any other mechanic in the area that I’ve been to.

“Saved my day! I started a trip to the VA Horse Center with a trailer flat. Hayden saved the day by being willing to change it in the gas station parking lot. I've got all the tools but can't lift the XPS anymore so this was a huge huge save! Service in the shop when I got the new tire mounted was excellent too.”

Even though I had a bad experience it was on the shipper that canceled my load ?????? but when the guys got the temp help in there they really got me unloaded quick and got me gone !!! They do have truck parking and bathroom facilities during the day for the drivers”

They went on sale about about a week after I paid for them but before I had them installed. No one said a word. Nor did I get a credit. I went back today to get what should be mine. I can’t get a refund because it’s been more than 30 days. I’m not happy at all.”

“I took my Tesla Model Y in for an alignment, but noticed the steering wheel was still a bit off-center due to a minor suspension issue. I emailed the shop about it, and the next day, Hany, the staff manager, called me. He offered to personally handle the alignment if I could drop off the car. Hany spent a couple of days fine-tuning everything, and the results are outstanding. The steering wheel is now perfectly straight, and the car drives flawlessly. I’m really impressed with how well he addressed the issue and exceeded my expectations. Hany’s dedication and effort were exceptional, and I’m very grateful for his help.”

John Filippone and his crew from the service counter to the guy that mops the floors are "Top Notch" in the automotive industry. I always request Master Tech Tony Baggette to work on my vehicles and John walks me back to Tony's station so that I can personally talk with Tony about my automotive issues. You wont find a better place for diagnosing and repairing automotive problems and I travel 45 to 50 miles to get there. I've also purchased tires over the years for all of my vehicles at Piedmont Tire because of the best prices. Piedmont Tire & Auto rules the automotive industry ! 5 Stars from me !”
