Home Depot Haymarket Rental- the senior employee at the rental dep is very rude, no customer service skill, when asked a regular question he tries to play smart and insult the customers intelligence for asking.
“ I’m to smart to work here” -sort of attitude.

The lady who rents out tools knows zero about the tools there. Manager said she’s new. Why is there an untrained and unskilled person working in the tool section? I spend a lot of money at this store and I drove out of my way in the hopes of renting an auger.

Mark at the pro desk has helped me during multiple complicated purchases. He is always courteous, patient, and I always see him actively helping customers at the pro desk and regular checkout. He is a prime example of hardwork and customer service.

Thank you for having a great store and community outreach. We recently attended the National Night Out in Haymarket and stopped by your tent. Our nephew and grandson loved making the sailboat kits. A very nice lady let us know that we can sign up to do these fun activities at your store. Thank you so much!

Crowded seven if you get there early. Easy to catch on to the process. Everyone at the Haymarket location loved kids. Perfect experience for kids

So, I placed a large order online and we received an extra item and an incorrect item. The incorrect item was for an expensive part and I was worried they wouldn't believe me. I told them I what happened and that I was l feeling anxious about how to handle it. They immediately went to work figuring out what happened. It was a mistake by the online store fulfillment center.
Ayden called and got it all sorted and they gave me a discount for my trouble. He then went on to explain how to call in for my discount once I reordered the part.
Then, I went back to the flooring and Rosie helped me order the tile for our project. She was knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. Overall a really great experience.
