Primrose is nothing short of amazing! My daughter had been going to Primrose since the end of last summer and did her whole Pre-K year there and the teachers/staff are fantastic. My daughter came in not knowing much and graduated being able to write her name and simple words, learned to read some, and even her drawings/coloring vastly improved! Her teachers were rockstars! I cannot brag enough on the amazing work Ms. Maha and Ms. G did for the kids of the class. Because of Primrose, I feel my child is ready to tackle Kindergarten this upcoming school year. Only thing I regret is having to say goodbye. Thank you Primrose for everything you have done. Keep up the good work!

My son has been at Primrose Haymarket for over 2 years. The teachers are kind and caring. His kindergarten teacher, Ms.Isley, was one of the best teachers my kids have had - she is an organized and wonderful teacher. My son has food allergies and this location provides food and ensures that it is safe for my son’s food allergies. The administrative staff is also fantastic and our experience was great all around. I HIGHLY recommend this primrose location in Haymarket.

We love Primrose of Haymarket! All the teachers and staff have been great. Mrs. Brown in the toddlers classroom is wonderful. My son loves seeing her smiling face every morning. It makes drop off so easy when your child actually wants to go to daycare and loves his teachers! We have had great teachers for both of our children. The facility is top notch and extremely clean. We have been very happy with Primrose.

Primrose school is such an amazing educational facility and daycare. Not only do they care for our little ones but they teach the educational tools they'll need to progress in the future. They are quick to respond to any parent question, and are very understanding of parent schedules. They have fun activities such as splash day, fire truck day, and llama day. I love the healthy meal options my child receives. And her teacher Ms.Brown is always giving me feedback on my child day to day interactions, along with constant cute videos and pictures of my child enjoying her day. I will be keeping my child here until after kindergarten God willing.

We love Primrose! Our little one has been going since she turned one and their Young Toddler program really helped socialize our little pandemic baby. She's since graduated to the Toddler program and loves being around the older kids. The teachers are spectacular (especially Ms. Brown!) and I cannot thank them enough for putting up with our little ones... antics. Her vocabulary has exploded since going to school at Primrose and I completely chock that up to the time, attention, and care the staff invests in the children. The lesson plans, daily emails, and constant stream of pictures and videos really assure us that shes happy and learning.

We regret enrolling our children in this program.We had a concern during summer camp.When the concern was not addressed and my sons fear escalated, the focus shifted away from my sons well being and toward finger pointing on behalf of the staff, blaming a lack of communication between members (current and former) of the management team, and the teaching staff, even the franchise owner. Every adult I spoke with had a different person to blame on their “team” for the issue. Many of those employees remain, despite the departure of the AD and the arrival, on our last day of a new Director.Good programs earn the trust of children and their parents, this program unequivocally failed on both fronts.

We have been taking our child to Primrose School of Haymarket and Ms. Turcios in the infant classroom since she was 4 months old. The decision to return to work versus staying at home was not an easy one. Had it not been for Ms. Turcios and the loving, safe atmosphere that she and Primrose School of Haymarket created for our family I’m not sure I would have remained a working Mom. We have seen our child develop wonderfully through their care in collaboration with us. Each morning when we tell her it’s time to go to school and see Ms. Turcios she smiles, laughs, and goes right to her car seat. As someone who works in the field of child development and behavioral health this speaks volumes to me. I cannot thank Ms. Turcios enough, she is the best! They really individualize care to your child’s and family’s needs, as should be, and I look forward to continuing to watch my child grow and develop in their program. I’m so thankful for Ms. Turcios and Primrose School of Haymarket. I would recommend this school!

After the miss management by the owner, hiring of a new Director who couldn't give 2 hoots about the children or the current teachers and the loss of the assistant Director today, I would never recommend this school to anyone. The assistant director was the only reason my in-laws took their children there. She was so caring and compassionate to the children, parents, teachers and made sure to make time for everyone that had an issue no matter how big or small. Not only are parents livid at the assistant Director being "pushed" out and snubbed by the new Director (of which my in-laws witnessed first hand and very blatantly), this new Director has no clue what to do and acts like she doesn't care. With this new cold uncaring atmosphere the teachers are now quitting as well. This speaks volumes to our family!!!

When looking for childcare for our school aged son we toured Primrose and instantly felt at home. The director, owner and all of the teachers are so welcoming and friendly. The school is basically brand new so it is very clean, well organized and they follow all covid protocols to keep everyone safe. We have been so impressed with how flexible and accommodating they are with our sons virtual learning schedule (managing his zoom calls, completing and submitting assignments, 1:1 meetings and testing). When the kids aren’t in class they keep them busy with fun and educational activities throughout the day or outside at the playground. Meals and snacks are included in the weekly tuition. We also love the app they use to share pictures and important updates each day. In a year with so much uncertainty for our kids Primrose is doing an excellent job at keeping things as “normal” as possible.

My 3 yr old grandson was staying with us for a couple of months until his family moved out of the country. Of the three preschools I visited to find a temporary placement for him, Primrose stood out immediately! The friendly, knowledgeable staff and play based learning environment was a win win for all. His language skills exploded and his self confidence grew stronger. The school gave him a great foundation to build on as he moves on with his family to a new life and new adventures.

Primrose School of Haymarket is amazing! The teachers and leadership are wonderful, they're communicative and professional and I just have zero negative things to say about the school. It means a lot to know my child is safe and happy every day. 100% recommend!

We were looking into montessori schools for our toddler but ended up enrolling him here. They have a hybrid/balanced learning approach but more importantly we were really impressed by the teachers and staff. Our toddler had a little bit of hard time adjusting but they were amazing, giving him and us comfort. They use the Procare app and you get daily updates with pictures. A great communication app directly with the teachers. Recommend taking a tour and signing your kid up for a discovery day which they offer for free and you get to experience the school.

Primrose has been nothing but amazing. We started in the middle of the pandemic when they safely reopened and could not be more happy with the school. The Pre K curriculum is wonderful and we’ve seen such a jump in our daughter academically in the short 5 months she’s been there.All of the staff are so great with all of the kids and so helpful for us parents, they treat each kid as if they are their own!
