Jonathan was very inviting, extremely knowledgeable and patient while we tried almost every mattress out (at least twice ?) before making a decision. I would recommend Mattress Firm Haymarket to anyone who needs a new mattress! We will definitely return for future mattresses.

I’ve been debating getting a mattress for a while, and I finally decided to pull the trigger today. I’ll be honest, I never post reviews but the customer service I experienced today by Syeda was outstanding! She took the time to give me ALL the options they had, and I really felt like she cared to find the perfect mattress for me. Trust me, you’ll be in good hands here. You won’t be disappointed.

John truly helped us out today. As a college student going into senior year, I was very worried about buying a mattress while saving money and figuring out moving logistics. John truly took his time answering any questions and concerns we had while informing us about the mattress benefits. I’m coming out of this experience knowing exactly how this mattress will help improve my sleep! Plus he worked his magic to get us an awesome price! I came in looking for a normal spring mattress and came out with an even better one! If you’re coming to this location, you’re gonna be in great hands!
