“Just left there today was doing a job and the guy got the blade stuck in the saw. I said hey I'm taking it to harbor freight, you guys take a brake I'm going to get more blades and and a grinder to make sure we're able to do things right. I walk in covered with sweat and ohh I find the store manager. I think he thought I was some lunatic but once I asked for what I needed he lead me up the correct aisle and got me my blades for the saw and even helped me get the blade out of the saw.( SORRY AGAIN ABOUT YOUR GLASSES GETTING KNOCKED OFF) His customer service was A1. I don't know what everyone else saw it's a shame you didn't meet this guy. He's what the employees should be, if you stop by this store find him he'll help you and make your visit better than what you thought. Guaranteed!!!! They got 5 stars because he was diligent in helping me”

“About two weeks ago I was in Lowe's in Manassas. I was in the process of getting our family's home ready for sale and making updates. I spoke to at least four different employees in your store about questions for several projects and all were a huge help. David Earp easily spent 30 minutes with me helping me to understand how to do several projects. He explained complicated projects in an uncomplicated way and recommended the best products to do the jobs. I greatly appreciated his help. I would highly recommend this store.”

Eddie was absolutely wonderful. He was so knowledgeable about paint and how to help us with getting our house ready to paint. He wanted us through important steps and helped her pick out supplies know be worth our time. We definitely left. So thankful that people like Eddie work at Home Depot because we had such an amazing experience and now want to go to Home Depot in Manassas over any other Home Depot because of the amazing customer service, knowledge, and passion for helping others!”
“I have been shopping at this Lowe's for about 7 years. Yesterday I had the pleasure of working with an employee who far exceeded my expectations Mr. David Corona. I'll start off by sharing a not-so-good experience shortly before David arrived: I was in the lumber section needing to buy some of the biggest and heaviest posts they sell (6x6x16') and noticed that they had parked a forklift in front of the section holding the posts. Two employees were walking by me when I flagged them down and told them I need to get two of those huge posts can you please move the forklift. One of them jumped in the forklift, backed it up, and to my shock they both just walked away leaving me to lift a 6x6x16 post by myself onto my lumber cart (mind you these posts are about 150 pounds or heavier if they are still wet). I started to try and wrestle one on my own and about 30 seconds later David Corona came walking around the corner, saw me, and immediately asked if he could help me load the lumber to which I graciously accepted! This in and of itself was excellent customer service, especially after being left by two other employees who could have easily helped me but Mr. Corona wasn't done, he insisted on staying with me the entire time as I continued to load other smaller pieces of lumber for my project - even after I told him that the smaller pieces I should be able to handle by myself - he kept with me and made it a lot faster and easier to pick out good pieces of lumber and get loaded up. He then accompanied me to check out and helped me load everything on my trailer. 5-Star A+ customer service, this guy needs a bonus or a raise - he has good character and great work ethic. Lowe's, do yourself a favor and don't let him get away - get him promoted and working up the ranks as he will be a valuable asset.”
