A 2020 Ford F-250. Somehow I managed to crack the windshield twice in just a little over a year. First time called Safelite/autoglass. They brought the wrong windshield out the first time, but then got it right $530. Six months later another crack. Autoglass showed up 3 times with the wrong glass. And then they were going to get it right the next time for $1300...twice what I paid earlier. Declined... Ford Winchester referred me to Elite in Haymarket. Ronny was on the ball, knew what to get and showed up 2 days later with the right windshield....at half the cost!!

There should be a 6th star!!! Ron is awesome! He combines years of experience with great customer skills and he brings it all to you. Ron was prompt, worked quickly and even took the time to explain what he was doing all the while. His pricing was good as well.
