Thuy was incredible! She was patient and willing to help us with all of our needs. She had a busy register, yet took the time to help each customer in the building!

The problem that I have with this pharmacy, is, that there does not seem to be any communication within the operation. No one can seem to figure out insurance changes, they are always short staffed, and several of the pharmacy techs are rude, unfriendly, and just dont seem to care. Overall, they are fine, they are very busy, and yes, I have had many exceptional experiences at this pharmacy but when something bad happens, it can be very time consuming, and frustrating. No one wants to come in to pick up their meds and be told there insurance is not working, or that they dont have the correct insurance, go through the drive thru, then be told to wait 5-10 minutes, then have to come in to the pharmacy and then wait another 30 minutes just to get their meds. I know it is not their fault, and I know the pharmacist and the staff is doing the best they can with the resources they have. I assume it has to do with cutting costs? labor, meds? who knows, but, like I said, I am not taking it personally, and yes, I will continue to use them, but this is my honest review. If a member of coporate would like to reach out to me to discuss further I would be happy to do that. Also, thank you so much to the pharmacist on duty on 7/20/25, she was wonderful and solved my problem exceptionally! Kudos to her, she deserves a raise and knows the true meaning of customer service in the Pharmacy Sales Realm !

CVS is a great store to shop at. The staff are very helpful. The store is well stocked and clean.

I had the worst experience ever—this might be the worst CVS pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The customer service is absolutely horrible. The staff are extremely rude and always on their phones, especially this one young hijabi girl. This is the second time she’s been disrespectful to me and my family. If you don’t like your job, why even show up just to ruin someone else’s day?
This CVS seriously needs to reconsider some of their staff because it’s clearly not being managed well. I should’ve checked the reviews before coming here. The front store employees aren’t as bad, but the pharmacy section is a disaster. I hope things improve because this is the closest CVS to our house—but the people working in that pharmacy act like they’re just there for a paycheck or to pass time. They’re not there to help people. In fact, it feels like they’d rather mock us than assist us.

This pharmacy is untrustworthy and poorly managed. Called in a prescription refill and received confirmation through the system that it was filled. Went in to pick it up and was told that it had expired, which was not true, and they would not fill it. Even if it had expired shouldn't they have called me so that I could contact my doctor to get a refill called into the pharmacy. They had three days to contact me. When I got to the pharmacy, the girl behind the counter raised her voice with me and treated me as if I was the problem. Do not deal with this pharmacy. The pharmacist is incompetent and the staff is rude and unprofessional. CVS corporate office does not care as I contacted them as well. Again, avoid this pharmacy and store. If I could give it a negative rating I would.

I rarely leave reviews, but the level of incompetence and laziness at this pharmacy is beyond frustrating. It feels like the staff go out of their way to avoid doing their jobs. Calls go unanswered, messages are ignored, and when you do finally get someone on the phone or in person, they’re either completely disinterested or flat-out unhelpful.
Basic tasks like refilling prescriptions, verifying insurance, or giving accurate wait times seem to be too much to ask. There’s zero sense of urgency or accountability—just a lot of shrugging and blaming “the system” instead of actually solving anything.
If you care about your health or your time, I’d strongly recommend going elsewhere. This place needs serious management changes and retraining before it can be considered a reliable healthcare provider.

The pharmacy manager, Hala Ali, may need compliance training on how to provide customer service around policy, ethics, and care.

If I could give zero stars I would. It’s unbelievable how rude and dismissive the pharmacy staff is. Except for the Indian gentleman everyone is unbelievably incompetent. The crazy part is that it’s not just one rude employee, it’s all of them! Looking into moving my prescriptions as soon as possible.

Worst experience ever. I am all for working comfortably and understand some customers are rude and impatient but some workers back in the pharmacy area were wearing crop tops and sweats, then proceeding to say rude comments about customers and expressing their anger. They made me wait an hour all to say they are out of stock of the medicine after me having to reach out to confirm my prescription was sent earlier in the day. Unprofessional atmosphere. I did appreciate the one person trying to help me and sent my prescription elsewhere because they were out of stock.

Last time I’ll do business at CVS pharmacy. Staff have been less than friendly when I actually can get there during times when they are open. Web site states they’re open till 10pm but they’re closed at 8pm.
Update: came back the following day at 5pm (Saturday) in the drive thru. They are open but have not filled the script. They had to submit a “request to fill” - a within the pharmacy process. 20 min wait. SNAFU!
Update 3: 30 min later, I entered the store to pick up. The request to fill was never entered at the drive through. They will do it now another 20 min wait.
This is customer service at CVS. One young man working with a sense of urgency, everyone else catatonic bots. Sitting in the lobby, I can hear the conversation at the drive through. Three of the last five customers - prescription still not filled. Goodness! lol. Hope you choose another location and pharmacy.

Wow! Just wow! The pharmacy staff speaks to and about customers awful and in the most degrading way. It’s like the twilight zone.
So many elderly folks one after another preparing for the storm, and every single one is dismissed, disregarded and disrespected. I feel so bad for them. These people need an attitude adjustment.

DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL SHORT YOU PILLS!! I noticed I was running out of prescriptions early so my PCM told me to count my pills when I get them. I did. It came up 1 pill short. They showed me a photo of 30 pills and claimed I must have dropped one while counting. This is after waiting through a long line and then getting sent to the back of the line to wait though it again.
