Been using cvs for years, but the online immunization system is pure aggravation. Lost any record of me, so opened a new account. Spent 30 minutes trying to get a Covid shot with no luck. What a hassle.

Both Kai and Jackson were extremely courteous and helpful! I came in to shop for a DoorDash order for a customer and as soon as I walked in they greeted me and offered me help looking for the items I needed. Great customer service and great young men to talk to as well! Keep up the great work fellas!

Their IVR for contacting the pharmacy was designed by Satan. It is extremely slow before it stops functioning altogether.
