If I could give zero stars I would. This is the WORST pharmacy EVER! Last night they told me to come back because they needed more time to do the prescription (which was very important and time sensitive) then when I came back they were closed. It would have been nice if he had told me they were about to close. I came back in the am when they opened and only one of the prescriptions was filled so I was told I had to come back AGAIN. I received a message telling me my prescriptions were ready. I came back to get the prescriptions and was told they were closed for lunch. Are you kidding me!!??!! They are extremely short staffed at all times and cannot keep up with the volume of customers at this location. It's the worst customer service of any pharmacy I have ever been to. They never have my new prescriptions or refills ready when they are supposed to and I consistently have to return multiple times.

I went to this CVS on Saturday, 8 July 2023, to pick up a prescription from the pharmacy. The posted hours indicated they open at 9 AM. I got there at 9:10 and the pharmacy is closed. I'm told by the cashier in front of the store that someone is on their way to open up. 35 minutes later they arrive. By this time numerous people are waiting for their prescriptions and many more have come and gone, not wanting to wait. I finally get my prescription but no apology from the pharmacist for the inconvenience. To make matters worse, I had to drive two hours to get there that morning because I had been out of town for personal business. After picking up my prescription, I had to drive the two hours back. Customer service is dead these days and businesses don't care about their customers.

I would give zero stars if I could. The pharmacy staff is completely incompetent, rude, and have no value for customer experience or care. Save yourself the turnaround time with unreliable systems notifications and time standing in line.

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars, I would. The lack of customer service is appalling. They don't answer the phone, they don't care that customers stand in line for twenty-plus minutes without so much as an apology or "thank you for waiting." It's in a convenient location, but I wouldn't care if it was in my backyard, I still would never use it again.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I've ever used. Getting them on the phone is near impossible. Staff does not care about customers. I watched a woman pharmacist filling prescriptions while sneezing. Masks were not being used. Best advice, take your business elsewhere!

To say the pharmacy is disorganized would be an insult to disorganization. Time and again we get texts confirming a refill is ready for pickup, only to arrive and be told 'ok we'll fill it, give us about 30 minutes.' I do no understand why anyone is sending out any confirmation if the prescription has not been touched. It is no different on original fills. We routinely call as we leave a provider to confirm receipt and that it's being worked. However, upon arrival we are greeted by the same song and dance that indicates whatever we were told on the phone was uninformed, dishonest, or both.If you have a nonstandard prescription make sure you bring a handbook because you'll be learning the process along with the staff. By itself, this wouldn't be awful, but to have to watch this debacle unfold after being told it would be ready hours earlier is frustrating.

This CVS never fills my prescription on time. Over the past 2 weeks, I have called them 4 times to fill my prescription. It is still not filled. This can be incredibly dangerous for individuals who rely on their prescriptions for serious conditions. Luckily my prescription is not life threatening, however my body will have to adjust all over again and it is very inconvenient. I cant imagine the inconvenience and possible dangerous outcomes this CVS is causing.

This is the worst CVS that I have been to. If you know the area, you know there are CVS stores everywhere so I never thought I'd find the worst. The cashiers were nice but the pharmacist and their assistants were the problem. They refused to accept responsibility for their services and refused to answer questions. I would avoid this pharmacy if at all possible.

Horrible pharmacy. Every time I have a prescription sent over, I have to call them to make sure they have it filled because I NEVER receive a call or text stating it is even though they have verified that my number is on file. And the times when I waited at least 24 hours before picking up and I head to the pharmacy, they say to give them 10 minutes because it hasn't been filled. So unorganized and frustrating every single time.

The pharmacy and photo department are lacking to say the very least. Unfortunately this is the only option for a CVS in my area especially for photo services. The pharmacy has one cashier and is constantly backed up with orders and customers. The photo department constantly tells me my photo and specialty gifts are ready for pick up and when I arrive they are invariably not ready. It is extremely inconvenient and frustrating.

CVS should just cut it's loses and close this location down. It serves no purpose whatsoever with its poor customer service and zero care for customer questions or concerns. The pharmacy is the biggest problem. Why have a pharmacy at all if it can't do much of anything to begin with?

The pharmacy is clearly overworked and it shows. Very unprofessional service today where the technician loudly disclosed someone's insurance status and people were standing all over the place. I will never be back.
