Fabulous customer service and quality of work! Learned during an oil change that the rusted frame of my '99 Wrangler would not pass the next safety inspection. Hubby received numerous recommendations for Bull Run through Facebook and we scheduled a visit for estimate. We were impressed by the team and proceeded to schedule subsequent repair. My repair date shifted a bit due to challenges posed by the Jeep ahead of me, but the team kept me well informed. Once the work was completed and we brought my baby home, we peeked underneath and saw the extent of work performed. So many beautiful, clean welds that were also painted over (unexpected)! Highly recommend.

Thoroughly impressed by Bull Run 4x4, and Jon. I was referred to them, so my expectations were already high, but they listened to what I wanted, and even had a few suggestions. I'm so happy with them, that I am now having them do my truck!

Had the oil change done on our 2019 Jeep Cherokee. The service was amazzing. Nate got me in super speedy and the whole process was awesome! I will be def going back. Super service, friendly and efficient. Thank you Bull Run 4x4??☺️

Bull Run 4x4 did an awesome job dialing in a complete upgrade of my TJ’s suspension and steering. Also their recommendations on tire models to solve some road noise issues along with the job they did on the mounting, balancing and alignment were spot on. No road noise AT ALL with the new tires, new wheels look great, everything handles and tracks perfectly even at highway speeds. Its like a whole new Jeep! Highly recommend!

Bull Run 4x4 is amazing. We will never take our Jeep anywhere else. They are very communicative throughout the entire process with great prices. They have been able to easily diagnose and fix our Wrangler on multiple occasions. They have gone above and beyond for us.

I travel a lot and the ease of communication with this team was amazing. Answered all my questions with full, truthful responses, and were patient with me until i returned to the states. Friendly people, service was quick and professional and I’m completely happy with the end result. (2.5 lift kit package, alignment, and new drive shaft)

Super happy with my 100K service and extra's they took care of for me on my Fj Cruiser. Mike and Jon were really good about keeping me in the loop and kept communicating with me step by step. Thrilled that they have a Toyota Tech now, and I will be back for all my service needs! They do what they say, say what they mean, and stand by it, and that's hard to find these days.
