I am not sure what changed but I had my vehicle in their for repairs several months ago and they did a great job. Went back to have additional repairs done and was quoted a labor price twice what even the dealer was asking. Ended up taking it to another shop and found out the work that was quoted didn't even need to be done.

Outstanding Experience!Discovered Gemini by following a long thread beginning at USAA. Dropped by with car to make an appointment. The service manager made a quick check and scheduled an afternoon appointment the following week. Brought car in, set me up, and said it would likely be done before closing. Got a call well before closing the car was ready! The pesky problem seems to have been fixed. Repair cost seemed quite reasonable. 100% satisfied with the entire transaction!

Told me they could work on Toyota Prius let them replace master cylinder then they told me they don't have a computer can't reset the brake/abs warning lights, and they disabled my cruise control. when I complained they told me to get out of the office. Now i must pay another mechanic to fix my cruise controll.Service: Brakes

I am new to the Gloucester area and am very happy I found Gemini Auto Repair. I have had the Radiator and Fuel pump replaced on my 2001 Ford. They did great work at a fair price. In addition everyone that I have interacted with there is very nice. Give them a shot on your next auto repair, you will be happy you did.

Amazing work. They fixed a VW project car that was left unfinished. The car doesn't look the greatest, but it has sentimental value. They got it put back together and running great!!!!
