Started crossfit about 7 months ago. I haven't worked out seriously is several years. The coaches made it accessible and welcoming and I've really enjoyed my time at CFG ???

had a great drop in experience this morning. they accommodated quite a few of us safely and with no complaints. we'll definitely be back during our next time up
