Had a great experience at Benny's. Took my car in by appt for an inspection. They got it done within the hour. They answered our questions and I felt certain they had looked under it and found the noises I had not even told them about. VERY GOOD SERVICE. Will definitely be back for my auto repair needs. (We came back after Benny helped my boyfriend fix his flat tire on the spot.) That's the kind of service we all hope for! And close to home!!

Been in Gloucester 6 years and this was my first visit. The price was exactly as quoted over the phone a week prior (I’ve had issues where it was more than quoted at other places). Lady at the front desk was super nice. Great spot so far ?? I’ll be back.

I would highly recommend double checking on their price for parts. They quoted me three times what the part cost to buy. Thankfully, we had already had a quote from another mechanic so we didn't get swindled.They came highly recommend by the community and I am disappointed to have to write this.On the upside, they were professional on the phone and they returney call with their prices in a timely manner.
