Wonderfully clean. Very friendly front desk staff. The Vet Tech was very personable and knowledgeable. The Vet was very thorough with the check up of our puppies. Their prices are very reasonable as well. A wonderful place to take your fur babies to get taken care of.

Very kind and attentive vet and staff. Went out of their way to make sure we could be seen as new patients, get numerous labs drawn, and microchipped. Would recommend this practice.

Wish I could give them a zero. Very poor customer service from Dr. Mitchell. Took my dog there with ear issues. He had the vet tech swab her ears, test came back with yeast infection. NOT ONCE did he even touch my dog. Never looked in her ear to see if anything else was going on. He was snappy, rude & dry. This is twice now that we have had a bad experience with this business. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Also need to add liars to this review. The response to this is nothing but lies, there were NEVER any danger issues. The person responding was NOT EVEN THERE THAT DAY! They are lying to cover their poor service. PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

Very caring staff. Vets keep you well informed about any medical issues your pet may have.
Wish they had Saturday hours and a way to overnight pets that have had surgery & need care.

I had to make a difficult decision today to euthanize a stray cat I’ve been feeding for the past several years. The staff and vet were so understanding of the circumstances and spent ample time with me discussing my options, as well as treating Jack like an MVP, making sure he felt loved in his last moments. After calling several other places for help, ACG was able to get me in the next day and couldn’t have done a better job. Thank you!

Had several well visits with my dog that were good, then when he was not well we called twice and was told both times that we should go to an emergency clinic. Wouldn’t even offer to do a basic exam to see what the issue might be. As a pet owner it’s frustrating to feel dismissed over the phone at 9:00 in the morning when you need your dog checked out and you can’t get seen at all that day or the next day. Made us feel like they only wanted to do preventative or well visits. Won’t be going back.

My most recent visit was an emergency to have my nephews dog euthanized. The staff and Dr on duty were extremely helpful and helpful with my last minute call for help. They treated Roxie with the utmost care and respect along with my mom and nephew.

Saw Dr. Thomas Mitchell today for my rag doll who is almost two to get her physical and her up-to-date shot everything was wonderful. The doctor is very thorough and then after his examination he explains everything to you as to why he did what he did. The nurse that was helping him loved on my kitty as if she had known her for years. We love our vet.

Staff were very compassionate during a difficult time. They had a room ready when I walked in, explained the procedure and my options for cremation, gave me much needed time in helping my pet of nearly 20 years cross over the rainbow bridge. I can't thank them enough.

We have not been to this hospital but wanted to let people know that Dr Mitchell is the BEST vet we have had in our 30+ years of owning dogs. We were very disappointed when he left Pennsylvania to go to Va. Good luck in Va. Dr Mitchell.
