We have had some work done here and absolutely love this place. I absolutely can't say enough positive things about this place and the thing that tops it off is the customer care you receive on the phone. The lady, whom I believe is one of the owners, is the kindest, most helpful person, even offering up other local suggestions to do work (state inspections), recommending businesses that are in the same line of work. This, in itself, is humbling and is why I will always call them first ❤️

We moved to Deltaville full-time recently and needed to find a mechanic. Tried a couple of places and they were OK (no really bad experiences), but decided to try Scott’s as it was closer. I called, easily got an appointment and took my car in for routine maintenance. Kate at the front desk was friendly and upbeat and I immediately felt at home. The work was completed on time, significantly cheaper than the dealer, and they were very careful to be sure that they knew exactly what I wanted done and that they had the parts in and ready before I arrived (discussed at my initial call). I have been back there with several vehicles and have always had the same experience. Great business!

We are from out of town and our breaks were making a really bad grinding sound so we stopped in here. It was Scott and Kate’s 30th wedding anniversary and they were not supposed to be working but Scott diagnosed our issue quickly, showed us exactly what needed to be done and went over all the options with us. He and Kate helped track down parts that would arrive next day, which was not easy, and as soon as the parts arrived Scott did the work.We would give them 10 stars if we could. Friendly, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and honest, if we ever need our car worked on in this area again we will bring our car to Scott and Kate.

For the 19 years that we lived in Hartfield, Scot, and only Scott,a took care of all of our vehicles. He is the finest mechanic that we have ever had . Scott knows what he knows and what he doesn't know. We recommend him without reservation to anyone looking for car maintenance and repair on the Middle Peninsula and the Northern Neck. We miss him terribly since moving to the Richmond area. Wonderful. He worked on our truck and he thought he had fixed but it started doing the same thing. He took again keep it for a bit and fixed it and did not charge any more money.Thank Scott for doing that to our truckm God Bless.

I've always been nervous about mechanics but these guys are amazing and have put my worries to rest. The front office lady is super sweet and caring and answers all my questions. The work they do is stellar and I could not recommend them more. If you're in the area I would make them your go to.
