If I could give them zero stars I would. I called to get set up with some sort of timed delivery, and a budget plan, right after they purchased the company that used to provide my propane; I was was told that I did not consume enough to be worth their while, they then said that the tanks belonged to me, as they could not use them anymore anyway, and that I was welcome to take my custom elsewhere. I ended up closing my account, and they then turned around and took the tanks they gave me. I did not feel valued as a customer, and they were not interested in my business.

The worst ever In the past I have dealt with quarrels for almost 12 years have recently moved to a new residence and called back on the 1st of Oct for service which they pushed to the end of the month. I ran out of propane now I can't even get a straight answer one stated she check with supervisor and call back never heard back I call today and they are short truck drivers all unexceptable excuses for any company having been in business for that long I wouldn't even give them one star only way to write comment. If u are not looking for fast service than this is the company ur looking for

Can't get none to answer phone to order propane after 3 hours and being hung up on 3 times so far . Yeap technology and over regulations are going to save this country . As the little man is starved out. Best referral I can give is don't get quarles and buy your own tanks. It's supposed to be America purchase the best price . Not forced by corperate to purchase only them. That's not American no no on where to buy

We were assured the transition from Revere would be seamless.....not so. I prepaid for gas, and with Revere we never ran out. (They are holding about $400 of mine). Our regulator went bad and drained our tank in Dec. A few days ago, early April, we ran out. Google their Hartfield office, and call the number listed several times, only to get a fax signal. Come to find out they never updated the webpage. They have owned the office more than a year, and haven't updated the number! This tells me an enormous amount about their ineptitude, and lack of customer concern. Hooked up with a rep on their chat line, and am told I'm not scheduled for delivery until August. After letting her know that would entail a whole lot of cold showers, she got me lined up, but not until she told me I must not have failed to call the right number for the home office, because the phone was being answered. Every customer likes to be called a liar. I'll be changing providers. Look at my post on the Middlesex County Facebook page to see my experience is far from unique.

This is one of those rare organizations that actually delivers on their promise... they are always professional, courteous, competent, efficient, and friendly. Revere team members are genuinely interested in serving their customers and work diligently to meet even the unexpressed needs, as well as the unexpected ones. Revere Gas is a tremendous asset to our community.
