They installed a floor that they said would last my lifetime. It began failing a few months after installation. I had to take them to court. Instead of owning up and fixing it, they hired a lawyer to fight me.

In remodeling my house, they installed white oak flooring which did not match the existing red oak flooring. They ended up replacing the red oak to match the white they had already put down (at their expense).They installed subway tile in the guest bath which was done so poorly it had to be done again. They tiled over first tile they installed. Grout has holes in it which has to be corrected by someone else.They installed tile in the kitchen which was done so poorly, parts had to be reworked by another company.In my experience, their work is substandard.
