Stopped in this shop this summer to find out if a marine radio could be fixed. This guy basically asked me why I was wasting his time. About the rudest business owner I have ever met. Headed on up to the marine superstore up the road and they told me they get lots of customers that had the same treatment as me.,

Had almost $10,000 in work done last October . Within days I had issues . Low power at the helm that ended up being some crimps not done tight enough at the helm and panel . Worst of all VHS and AIS would not work over 2 miles. This was a very dangerous situation as I didn’t find out until I had an ocean sail with some buddy boats . Still trying to fix the VHS and AIS . Have tried calling , texting and emailing with no response .

Kevin has to be one of the most accommodating and nicest people I have dealt with. He went far far out of his way to help me fix two electrical problems on my boat. His knowledge and his personality are top notch.

Kevin as bailed me out of trouble to many times to count. He has not only sold me equipment he has stood behind it, removed it and moved it to another boat and repaired my dome after I demolished it it pulling the boat out of the short side of the shed. He made visits to my marina 100 miles away. Everyone in that shop as been Great to me to me since 2007.

Kevin Fay of Marine Electronics of Hartfield did a terrible job installing a Garmin GPSMAP and Transducer. To make matters worse, he refuses to correct the installation issues. He charged our credit card the full amount but will not talk with us or return any emails or letters to resolve the issues. He installed the Transducer incorrectly, put 4 unneeded holes in the hull of our boat and disconnected auto pilot components that had to be reinstalled. He did not honor the 30 day warranty. Please use another business or be prepared for a nightmare. We will be headed to court.
