Had to have a new watch resized, I chose Zafiro Jewerly. First time customer.. Very Professional and friendly. I needed a couple of extra adjustments because of my own pickyness but they worked with me and I left very happy!

My husband bought me an antique gold topaz engagement ring when he proposed. We took it here to get it resized. Tested and said was a topaz, The resizing part was great, but soon after we realized the jewel was starting to become loose. So we took it back there and they tested the jewel and came up quartz and then we decided to take somewhere else maybe they mistaken. Also said it was quartz. Just wanted to share how my 600$ ring became worthless. Just watch out and be safe.

Guy behind the counter did not even know what 3 9's fine silver was. Even after I was spoon feeding him the answer by writing it down on paper and explaining it to him. No thanks.

I went there a month ago, & they were charging me $150 (but willing to go lower) to replace the battery on a watch valued over $500! I think the watch needed 5 batteries replaced? And when I said no thank you (after thinking about it), they told me it would be the same price if I went somewhere else. But boy were they wrong! When I went somewhere else (Christopher William Jewelers) I was only charged like $34!! So, personally, don’t go to these people if you have an expensive watch that needs battery/batteries replaced, so.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Very poor customer service and unaware of what a GIA is. A lot of the gold was plated, costume, and tarnished. Furthermore, Mira was rude and condescending with an unwillingness to assist or answer any questions.

Very friendly people who know their business. My ring had been cut off in two places, but they repaired and enlarged it in a couple of hours. I can't tell where the repairs were made. The cut had been right at the edge of the dedication engraving, and they were able to preserve all but a little bit!

Got my ring resized here and they did a wonderful job! Very friendly customer service and it took less than an hour to get resized! Would definitely recommend this place!

Only needed a wristband adjustment for a watch, but Zafiro fitted it perfectly on the first adjustment and were fast. They charge a small fee for non-store watches, but well worth it for high-end or collector watches. Highly recommend them.

I took in my engagement ring today and got excellent service. The man at the counter helped me find my ring size and gave me a good price to resize it. My engagement ring is actually a set of two. It was done only an hour after leaving the store. If I didn’t know it used to be a different size I wouldn't have known that anything changed. It looks amazing. 10/10

Very nice , helpful, and knowledgeable owners. I had them repair an older Masonic ring that other jewelers didn't want to fool with. This was not an expensive ring but held sentimental value for me. They were able to do a wonderful job, and the ring looks awesome. The price was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend this establishment to everyone looking for a reasonable, trustworthy jeweler.
