Just quit that place. As an employee point of view they do not discuss everything you should know for your cable and internet. I always did with any new customers that signed up under me. Customer service sucks, you set up automatic payments and sometimes it take it off without the customers consent. ONLY good thing is they have cheap mobile service. Don’t recommend if you wanna job there. No one likes the management but yet no one speaks up…

Finally pulling the trigger and swapping to more expensive BUT ACTUALLY RELIABLE providers for network and mobile. Do yourself a favor, dont try and save money through xfinity. Its been over a year and ive had constant surprise charges, nonstop connection issues, no help from the store, ABHORRENT DISGUSTING support, and have even been forced to make an entirely new account due to scam/gross negligence BY A SUPPORT AGENT.Get GloFiber, save yourself the headache. And choose any main stream mobile company like Verizon, etc.

Terrible company and store with 0 customer support. Messes up yoir plans intentionally to get another sale or upgrade, then lies about contacting upper management when you escalate the issue. A pathetic company preying on people with no other alternative.

Have had the WORST experience with xfinity lately. But disregarding all of that, this store's manager, Michael, gave me his card to email and report these issues. It has been over a week and i still have not heard back from the higher ups. So here's to Xfinity, 1 star. I hope this store gets shut down so people stop getting scanmed for sales around here.

I usually hate going to retail outlets for any reason but the folks working at this location at opening this morning were on point. Very polite and professional and got through the line quickly. Thanks for making a normally tedious process painless and fast! They resolved my issue and had me on my way within 10 minutes.

The employee in this store was bad enough but when I met the manager, Michael, that showed why the employee was so surly! Michael is a terrible leader and the service I received in this store was abhorrent.

3-5 miles on Indian Trail Rd Rockingham that cannot get cable services. I have been asking for 2.5 years and even stated I would fund the project. I guess 50 customers aren’t enough for your company to supply services even if someone else pays for it

Stay away from Comcast/Xfinity Surprise bills.Few channels bad customer service. Absolutely garbage get another provider or Roku.

This review is by no means a reflection of the employees in the store as I have never been. This is, however, a reflection of Comcast as an ISP. So, I move, right? Typical. I need internet and decide on Xfinity. I put my address in wrong for the appointment and immediately try to change it upon noticing. I cannot get a human effing being on the phone for two days. Two! I can only change my address by contacting them which I absolutely cannot do. I am sent in circles. I chat with the robot who gives me a live person who is in the wrong department and can’t help but gives me the SAME NUMBER THAT GAVE ME THE ROBOT THAT GAVE PERSON IN THE WRONG DEPARTMENT!!!!! He shows up and I get a call. He tells me he thinks he has the wrong apartment and I tell him yeah, he does. I’m four doors down. He can’t hook up my service because I listed the wrong address and they can only service the address listed. He said he put in a ticket to get it changed. Absolutely forget that. I thanked him profusely but told him he wouldn’t be coming back. I went with Glofiber. First time I called an actual person picked up. Hell is empty and all the devils work at Xfinity.

Wonderful customer service. Deshaun helped us with our services and helped my husband get a new phone with a cheaper monthly payment. He has a great personality too! Very pleased with the experience. Thanks Xfinity!

Terrible coustmer service. They never help you slove your problems and their cable prices are too high. Overall just a terrible experience.

I rarely ever leave reviews so if I’m leaving one it’s either you had outstanding service or absolutely atrocious service. Take a guess what this is? Overpriced, bad connection, bad packages, surprise up billings, bad customer service, lying on how much you will be paying telling me 30 seconds before paying my final bill that I would pay $62 but instead getting hit for $108?!?!?!? I think the above summarizes my thoughts on Xfinity. Been unhappy with them for years and as soon as I heard of a new internet service coming up in my area I canceled with Xfinity the minute I could. Also if you want to retain customers and not continue to lose them at an alarming rate maybe have your representatives be more concerned about retaining services and keeping customers happy rather than sell them additional products that said customer does not want!
