This company is the worst….have been trying to talk to a human, but all they have is the damn AI agent… it’s telling me to reboot my modem, but they never seemed to realize that what if the modem itself is dead… And that is the case here. I can explain that to the agent though because it’s a computer and Wasn’t programmed for that input. So congrats for the For the worst customer service ever.

I wil say they were always helpful on the phone on the rare occasion I had an issue, and I rarely had issues with my service. Setting up was easy and all that. It was convenient for sure.
However…
I can not recommend them. My monthly payment went from 80$ to 100$ to 130$ and all the way up to 158$ a month in the second year with no explanation why my monthly rate was almost doubled from my initial cost. Be wary of price increases.

We had been having trouble with our cable box for close to a week and couldn't get the issue resolved over the phone. We scheduled a tech for early Saturday morning. Jared was our technician and totally focused on getting our issue resolved. He fixed our problem quickly and if I could give 10 stars I would.

Mike got me hooked with a new phone, transferred my info from a older phone, had me out the door in about a hour!

Every time I go there I hold my breath, hoping that I don't get the manager. I'm just not a fan of the way he talks to his employees or the way he treats me, twice.
This time I got Norma. She is awesome. I've been there three times trying to get my daughter off of being the primary account holder, even though her phone line is through a different carrier. Norma was a extremely helpful. I know I came in there visibly upset, but she was patient, respectful and understanding of my problem. I walked out knowing that my problem had been taken care of and my daughter was removed from our account.
I know they work on commission, so if you go in there wanting to buy a phone, it will behoove you to ask for Norma.
