Christina micheal told me you can’t open new account. I have closed my account 9 weeks ago and Wells Fargo mail me a letter for opening with bonus , but she didn’t open it for me .

I've already answered this question, and it would take very much too long for me to text everything, I just had a new account open because my old one was compromised, and then another new account was opened that I didn't ask for. So I had to get with a banker and call the number on the back of my ATM card, I was also send a new ATM card that I was very happy with. Now I've been sent another ATM card. But I put it in my drawer and I hit it. And now I was informed that there is another brand new ATM card being sent to me. I don't need a whole lot of brand new ATM cards, I'm afraid of eventually someone will get ahold of one of these cards and activate it and completely empty my account! I don't know how to get them to stop sending me a new ATM cards! And if I don't activate any of these new ones, are they going to deactivate the new one that was sent to me that I use all the time and I'm perfectly fine with and happy with? There's no you sending me a message through my Wells Fargo app because now the messages aren't coming through anymore and I don't know how to fix that.

There service has always been horrible, hence why I closed my accounts with Wells Fargo many many years ago! Only reason I went into the branch was to cash a check that was drawn from my other account thru Bill Pay and the issuing bank was Wells Fargo. Every single time I have gone into this branch it has been an issue…. And the root of the issue comes from a lack of knowledge and problem solving skills… I used to be a branch manager so I know that my request could be handled… otherwise my bank wouldn’t let me deposit the check into my account with a better banking institution.

The lady that helped me at the window was very sweet but the rest of the crew including the manager couldn’t care less about customer service. I find the WF branch in Waynesboro is far superior management wise.

Autumn, (I hope spelt her name correctly) - was absolutely amazing! She provided the utmost service one can get!! Autumn made sure that I had all my cash organized on my end :) -- She's a big reason why Harrisonburg is a friendly city. I have to return soon!!

ATM services are literally always down. It hasn’t been the first or second time that I’ve been here after work (after their business hours) and they are having issues with their server or their ATM system.It is annoying that you are stuck and cannot deposit any money to your account. The ONLY SINGLE ATM is down, it is closed and the tellers are closed.

Absolutely worst customer service ever. What bank can’t roll a couple of rolls of coins? Would not take my deposit from my church so had to go and roll 5 rolls of coins. And then went back to make my church’s deposit and they had the worst attitude ever! I definitely will be talking to my Pastor about changing banks. And yes I was very aggravated that they would not take my deposit. Guess they didn’t want to deal with all the change. Terrible bank!!

If I could give this branch 0 stars I would. Tried to get help with transfering money which they insisted they couldn't help with. Terrible service and did not even solve my problem.

Stopped here at 11:50am on a sat while traveling through. The window teller (named Ashley on receipt) didn’t return our card and we didn’t notice until 20mins later. Now they’re closed and we can’t reach anyone. We don’t live here and can’t stay until Monday to get our card. No emergency contact numbers will go through. Corporate Wells Fargo number leaves us on hold with no answers. Terrible customer service.

Worst bank I ever had RIP me off 540.00. I need meds call the bank and person I talked got laugh out I need meds because I got pins plates in my foot pins in my back I still work don't waste your time or money
