They was very polite and respectful! The prices are fairly cheap in today’s society! They are good! They have a good deal running right now! Pay 1st months rent get a month free! I only needed it for two months but it’s still good! I’ll definitely recommend them! I would even use them again if I ever needed too!!!

Waterman Self Storage helped our family in a time of great need when moving to Harrisonburg in 2019 while still looking for a permanent home. When we found that place we were able to easily downsize from our larger unit to a smaller unit to keep some surplus items. Four years later we are finally clearing out our smaller unit. Trouble free storage -- no problems with billing, security, access, bugs, moisture, etc. If you need to store some things, I highly recommend Waterman Self Storage.

My son is a student at JMU and we stored his furniture over the summer in between leases. The location is great and all his belongings were safe and sound while in storage. The owners are so helpful and pleasant to deal with. Whether short term or long term, I'd highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.
