Horrible customer service. Called the pharmacy to verify that they have all my prescriptions ready. They put me on hold @6:30pm.......then hung up on me at 7 pm when they closed. Pitiful...Another issue... it's something every time I have to interact with the people who are working behind the counter.

I cannot IMAGINE a Pharmacist who is more skillful, personable, and knowledgeable who is ALWAYS willing to help with whatever question or concern you might have. I congratulate Walmart just for their association with Lana and the quality of her work.

Really busy and disorganized. I was able to get a couple prescriptions here when I first moved here. But then on maybe my third visit, one pharmacy worker told me that my intake had never been done, and she demanded to know every single medical condition/diagnosis I had. Like not just the medications I'm on, but all of my conditions. I have never been asked that by a pharmacy before, and to be honest I don't think that's her business. And certainly not the business of all the people behind me in line who could easily hear me. And she wouldn't let me fill my prescription unless I told her. So I don't go here anymore.

The addition of a 24/7 automated pickup service takes this store from 3 or 4 to a super 5 stars. Plus I have always found the employees to be very helpful in finding what I am looking for.

She told me to wait and she will call me after 30 minutes she didnt call me. I had to go back in line and wait in a long line!!

TL;DR: they tried to charge $77 for the same script Rite Aid charged $20 for due to the Walmart pharmacy employees' incompetence. Go to Rite Aid instead you'll pay the right price.

It's an inconvenience for them to answer the phone. When they do, they have an attitude and are completely rude. Poor customer service.

Out of the many Wal-Mart Pharmacies I have experienced, THIS was the worst! When you ask them questions they cannot answer they refer you to the Walmart website. They NEVER have medicine in stock and if they don't, they won't go out of their way to call around to other Walmarts in the area. If you enjoy shenanigans, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU.

A threat to public health! Staff either can't even take the time to read or can't understand directions from doctors and pharmacists. Ask asinine questions of customers because they HAVEN'T READ THE INFORMATION. It wastes time AND has bad outcomes. I am FORCED (due to insurance) to use this pharmacy and my family pays in other ways. BAD PHARMACY, DON'T TRUST... unless you speak DIRECTLY to a pharmacist.
