Gets your vehicle clean, but can see scratches in the paint from the washes. Also when website shows open till 8 and you get there by 7 they got cones setting at entrance like the carwash is closed. Don't post open till 8 if your not open then. Went to both locations and both closed.

Went through this morning and over head brushes didn't come down . There is barely any soap coming out. I went back through and ask why brushes didn't come down I was told because new policy because of my headache rack. My headache rack is below the top of the cab . I have had the top monthly package since they opened in Harrisonburg. I cancelled both my monthly packages. Very poor service

Just to keep this review objective - I went through the car wash 3 times. When I was done, it was cleaner but not anywhere close to CLEAN. The attendant sprays a drizzle of water on half the car at the beginning and the wash is over in <5min, all for $25... You can make your own decisions.

The back of my SUV wasn't cleaned at all with the basic package. Could see a line where the clean part of the car met the unwashed part

Had my new GMC Denali one week. Went to go car wash on E Martet st. The spinning brushes clearly damaged the paint on front fender.The Employee that did the Damage Report agreed., it was a result of the brushes. Go Car Wash accepted no responsibility the the damage done to my truck. Said it almost 5 years old and this is acceptable. After talking to a body shop he said Never use this type of car wash. Or you will get it sooner or later. Eddie Grattan

!!We went and paid for the top car wash. Asked the attendants to focus on bugs and bird debris since we drove in from Illinois and needed pre treatment. She assured me that it’ll be pretreated. All they did was lightly spray the hood with what seemed just water. Went through the wash and got back home and it was in just as bad shape as before car wash. !!The only focus was on taking off antenna. More concerned with antenna than with quality car wash. Car washes are not new to us, and we know a good pretreatment and car wash. This was the worst car wash we’ve ever been through. $22.00 car wash should leave a clean car!! THE WORST.
