This clinic has been a fantastic provider of vet services across the board. I've always been given great recommendations for preventative care, as well as clear instructions on how to administer at-home care when required. The front staff is professional and kind as well.

Never went for an actual visit but Mercedes on the phone was very helpful, compassionate and kind. 10/10 on customer service!

Horrible, rude, unskilled, unclean, "veterinary hospital." My experience (as well as my dogs) was the worst we've ever had. Upon check in, the staff member Stephanie was extremely rude, snarky, and unprofessional at the front desk... Stephanie tried to lecture me about vaccinations and insulted me. She used vulgar language to another employee while I was filling out paperwork. When I arrived to pick up my dog, I was required to pay before seeing her. Needless to say, I think I could have done a better job with scissors myself! My dog still has PTSD from this place as do I from seeing her haircut. We will never be back here again.

I’ve been going to this facility for over 13 years and their prices went crazy high for having a dog neutered went from $225 to 400 that is crazy. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

An experienced and trustworthy veterinary hospital and boarding kennel. The staff, especially the receptionist, seems overwhelmed at times answering both calls and people waiting to be helped in the office at the same time. Otherwise, I trust Valley Veterinarian Hospital to take care of my pets. Highly recommended.

We bought a puppy at Sylvia Pets!They Are Amazing & was so kind to our family ! And when we bought her they said she had a free check up with Valley Veterinary Hospital . I said ok , we have are own vet but for a check up and a free visit I will take her just to get a check up .. when I walked in the door all you can smell is dog urine & poop with a perfume mixed in .. I was thinking like ok not very clean for a vets office ..The lady at the counter was not welcoming or professional. She asked me who I had .. handed me my paperwork to fill out and ask me to go sit down .I told her I never been here before, I asked where at ? She just pointed in the direction for me to go. And said anywhere. I notice on the paperwork they ask for your full SSN & Driver's License... I told her I'm just here for a check up ,I won't fill out that personal information . So I guess she can't be seen . I would understand if the vet sets up payment arrangements or something ... But I'm just here for a check up .Not a great experience at all for my family ..Our furr baby is family to us .. I told her nevermind we decided not to get a check up.. I will be taking her to our vet . Because a vets office should be clean especially bringing young pups in that are still on first set of shots .. they could pick stuff up from other animals that are being seen. Also not being welcomed plays a huge factor also & then you start wondering how the care will be for your furr baby if they treat you like that .. I would not go to this vets office !

Did let my dog have his bed, his treats, nor did he have his toy. And on the day I picked him up they didn’t know where his bed was, turns out that left it in the back of the clinic stored away. His eye was red and he had a cut on his eye lid. Overall poor service. I asked if they even let him sleep on his bed and they gave no response. Unsafe and miserable environment for a dog to stay.

The vet, Daly, was very personable and informative . He could syphasize with me about having a new pup at my age, I'm exhausted hahaha.But emphasized all the pertinent information about the new journey I am currently embarked upon.Many recommendations for the optimal health care of my puppy too. And emphasized what health issues to look for and when.Would I recommend them? yes,will I return, yes I've already made an appointment

My sweet beardie owes his life to her. She didn’t give up, when a another vet did. He is thriving, thanks to her.Also the front office staff are so knowledgeable and professional. So give them all 5 well deserved stars.? ?

Valley vets grooming servicesOur long haired male cat has to be sedated for grooming. His tail was not groomed or apparently even combed out. The price was $298.00 for incomplete grooming.

We had an very nice boarding experience last weekend. The staff there, Kaitlyn and Callie, when we picked the dogs (8 years and 13 years old) up, were great! Callie gave us lots of information on how the dogs behaved while they were there. She complimented them and even paid special attention to the 13 year old to be sure he ate his supplements.
