Was super helpful, kind, got it done so fast I didn't notice it gone! And went above and beyond when fixing my phone without breaking my bank. Also has a warranty on the screen. Definitely will return if I break my screen again.

had an iphone 13 with an unresponsive touch screen. fixed in less than an hour!! even put a case on the phone. that 90 warranty included is a nice touch as well.

Years ago (probably 5 or 6), I took a phone and a computer here to be repaired. The service guy was honest, did good work, and charged a fair price. I'd definitely recommend.

The employee that helped me out was great very kind, However when I asked to get my iPhone screen fixed I expected it to be fixed not worse, I payed him off screen seemed fine everything looked well and the next day my screen is bugging out swiping and clicking stuff for no reason, I tried taking off the screen protector he had installed for me as well but the problem has not gone away, Thanks for nothing I will start to recommending people to not come here.

I recently visited Tech Support Inc. for a back glass replacement, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. The man who assisted me was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. However, I encountered a significant issue with the service. I paid $175 for the back glass replacement, which initially seemed reasonable. Unfortunately, after the repair, I took my phone to Apple for a battery replacement, and they pointed out that there were problems with the replacement. According to Apple, the repair had not been done correctly, and it had caused further damage to my phone. As a result, I had to get the replacement done again at Apple, which cost me an additional $500. This was quite frustrating, as I am not the most fortunate financially, and I had hoped to save money by using this third-party service.While the man working there was extremely kind, the quality of the repair work left much to be desired.

Have a 4-5 year old laptop/netbook that worked initially. The moment it tried to do the windows update, it failed because of a lack of memory. All I needed to know is was it worth repair or could it be repaired.These guys refused any advice until they were paid $60.I can completely understand someone wanting compensation for their time, and would gladly do so. Unfortunately this guy just seemed preoccupied and his body language said I was a bother……so I simply left.When I get to one of his competitors, they confirmed without having to diagnose it was a lost cause and was basically disposable. It was similar in quality to what students are given in high school.My issue is, these guys would have known this as well and could have said so in 5 seconds or less. Being honest and up front helps build a strong customer base in retail/service.

David at Tech Support is AMAZING! My iPhone XR was unresponsive, called Sprint, had no clue, called Apple, had no clue. David worked and worked and figured out the problem and now my iPhone is working! Highly SATISFIED!! & this was not the first time using Tech Support w/ same great results!!
