Went in for a trim. I asked the stylist to cut off about an inch and a half, just to tame some dead ends. My hair was cut MUCH shorter than I requested. I don’t understand how someone could think this was a “trim”. When she turned me around in the chair I was absolutely mortified. Might be a good salon for a manicure but certainly not a haircut.

I will miss Abby so much. As a Master Stylist & Cosmetology Instructor I am thoroughly impressed by Abby and absolutely loved the way she did my hair. I wish her the best in her future endeavors.

I did a cut with Abby and loved the whole experience. First, the salon is the perfect size and looks nice. Second, Abby was very welcoming and listened exactly to what I requested and delivered beautiful results. She also introduced me to a “clean” beauty brand that I didn’t know. Will be back!

I go to Michelle mostly at Tangles, but have been to a few others, for 21+ years, that should say it all! Sometimes I get highlights in the summer and low lights in the winter, or change things up a little bit, and she always hits the nail on the head great vibe, personable chat, always satisfied, they will make sure of it

This was my first time at Tangles after my sister raved about this place, and she was right: truly the best hair salon I've ever been to. Kayla helped liven up my hair and gave me the perfect cut for my face while still maintaining the length I wanted to keep. She was so kind and warm; already can't wait to book with her again!

I went to Abby who did an amazing job!! She went above and beyond in asking questions and making sure I was okay with everything and she made sure I was comfortable and she gave really helpful advice and tips. My hair feels and looks so much better!! Will definitely be back! ?

Alex is super kind. She did a good job on my hair but I'm disappointed with the final result because it's not what I asked for. I have dark hair and wanted to cover some grays and go two shades lighter. I appreciate that she recommended I use the organic dye and not get my hair bleached but I left with a hair color darker than my natural color. ? Overall it was a pleasant experience. Thank you Alex.
