Absolute worst decision I ever made switching from Verizon. Yes, I save over $70/month. There's a reason why; Lack of service. Both cellular and customer. Switched over 2 lines, 1 of the phones needed to be paid off, that was their "offer." Never paid it off and it went to collections. Then, after a year, my daughters phone (brand new) won't get WiFi and loads with "welcome to Verizon" and we get the error message saying "our sim card is not Verizon"....we'll no kidding, it's had a TMOBILE sim for a year! Brought it to the TMobile store. They played with it for 10 min, said it was all better although they couldn't get rid of the Verizon welcome message. We get home, 20 min drive, and poof, no WiFi. Great service! Don't waste your time calling Customer Service, you can't understand a word they say.

This is a wonderful T-Mobile Store. Aries helped me so very much. I would recommend him to anyone that needs help with a iPhone. When we come again to our timeshare at Massanutten Resort and I need help with my iPhone, I’m coming to this T-Mobile Store and get Aries to help me. Jeanne Hart ❤️

I went to the Harrisonburg, VA located at 215 Resivor Street near Chipotles to purchase my phone with excellent service.Then I had an accident with my phone causing damage...again Team Mobile took great care of me at that location. Thank you Moe.

I had an excellent experience with the store manager Leo at T-Mobile! They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist me with my needs. They took the time to understand my situation and provide tailored solutions that met my needs perfectly. Not only did they help me resolve my issue quickly, but they also made me feel valued and appreciated as a customer. Leo truly embodies the T-Mobile spirit of putting customers first and delivering exceptional service. Very clean place and the team does the work in no time they move quickly helped me out with what I need and they are very understanding when they explain things. Best T mobile I have ever been to be honest.

The staff has been very helpful and knowledgeable on two visits. Unfortunately, only two staff were available to serve numerous customers and the wait times are far too long. If I were full-time employed with limited time I would be extremely frustrated.

Lines are longer than normal do to remodel of other local store in Harrisonburg, Va. However, Brandon went above and beyond to assist us and make our experience great. Highly recommend him.

Worst service ever ? Staff is suuuppppeeerrrrr slow! The only one local store that open for walk in now. They don’t do their work properly. Few people in the line must wait forever. They help tMobile customers faster than sprint…even now sprint- is a tMobil. Try to go to Staunton or Waynesboro.They explain it, that their devices working slow…And they are promoting faster service for their customers.They aren’t familiar with their work at all!Very disappointed!!! Wasted almost two hours there.

I visited this location on August 7th of 2022.Toby acknowledged my presence despite the store being full. When it was my turn she gave me outstanding customer service. She also met and exceeded all my needs. Definitely management material! (hint, hint store manager). Great job Toby!

I recently switched to AT&T for 3 weeks my bill was twice as much as it was at t-mobile.. so I called customer service in Richmond Virginia to find out if I could resume my t-mobile account. I could so I went into valley mall Harrisonburg Virginia location and a young fellow waited on me. His title store manager Michael. Not going into details but this kid has a terrible disposition short and rude and told me if need to go to another store all because I was explaining I spoke to customer service in Richmond to see if I could return and that customer service noted on my account the steps needed to reactivate my account. I never cussed raised my voice nothing. All I wanted was my telephone. I'm 61 yrs old. And have 11 grandkids he even called mall security and nothing they could do because I never fid anything but want my telephone also another older couple there was giving a hard time by this manager....Sorry t-mobile has to lower thier standard to have customers have to deal with this it's quite emotional for some.I feel this employee needs to go
