Great attention to the customer ! My Niro rocks 56mpg. I never feel forced into a maintenance service. Love the donuts and popcorn. I feel like my car is taken well care of.

I just purchased a new Kia Sorento from Steven Kia. The entire staff, including Mike, Sai, and Andrew were extremely helpful. From helping me to decide on the right car, ordering the car, and delivery, communication was proactive, and I never felt pressured, only advised and supported. A great car buying experience!

Steven Kia is so far the only dealership that has helped me *save* money in a car purchase. There was a 7.5k incentive but only through leasing. They reassured me that I could buyout the car later and overall I would still be saving money. I must admit I was very skeptical of this at the time, but I took their word. Before the buyout I experienced some frustration on not receiving the license plate from DMV, but turned out that was because DMV got the wrong address, and Steven Kia always express mailed temp plates to me without fail to ensure a smooth transition. So subtracting the extra I paid for the lease and plates/registration/title, eventually I still saved around 5k. Jairo was my sales rep who addressed my questions, e.g. I could use my local Kia dealership for any future recalls.
I waited for a whole year before writing this review, and I am more than satisfied in the following aspects: 1) I did not experience any gotchas (e.g. buyout process was straightforward with no surprises; Sirius XM expired instead of auto-renewing; Kia Connect was automatically downgraded to the complimentary tier after 1 year instead of continuing at the Ultimate tier); 2) I was able to get the recalls (3 in total) serviced at the local dealership, as Jairo mentioned; 3) the range has not reduced, but rather increased because I'm averaging 4.5 mi/kwh. Not to mention the quality of the car is just great.
I reserve 5 star reviews only for the absolute best experience. Steven Kia, well done!

I had an extremely positive interaction with Steven Kia. I was looking around on the internet for a 2025 Kia K5 GT in a particular color and specific trim. Steven Kia had exactly what I was looking for and they weren't adding on a bunch of "value add" items to raise the price of the car. Since I was working with them from out of state, I was in constant communication to figure out when the car would be delivered and inspected. Jaime St. Clair was my salesperson and had no problem answering all of my questions and keeping me up to date. Once the car arrived, I was asking if the inspection could be done before Memorial Day weekend so I could plan my trip out to pick up the car. Despite being short staffed in the service department, Jordon Thompson stayed a couple hours late past his working hours and completed the inspection!
Once I arrived at the dealership, the initial paperwork, test drive, and purchasing was all flawless. They have a genuine team that cares to get their customers. Well worth the many many miles I had to drive to work with them. I love my new car and would be willing to purchase from them again to get what I want!

6.3.24 Update:
After speaking with Max I decided to work with him. He restored my trust. He was great to work with and thoroughly answered all my questions. My star rating is changed based upon his ethics and honesty.
Disappointed. Ricardo broke ftc rules. When questioning him about the disparity in the verbal leasing price he was telling me and what is advertised on the website, which by the way was not based on my credit report, he said the website has not been updated in over a year. I told him I don't do business with a liar. What he did was a violation. I made it very clear to the other leasing associates thar I did not want to do business with him he still sent me another text. I also asked to speak to th gm and was given the run around. So now along with the ftc complaint I filed, I will also file a complaint about not being dnc compliant on his part and then make a report to the state attorney generals office. I hope the president and upper management become aware of this and take precautions so customers are not harmed by horrible employees. Maybe one of them will care enough to contact me and show they actually care about their consumers.
