I went here to start a new line with my bf.PROS: Pedro was very knowledgeable and Edwin helped set up my line. I got great discounts and left with a new phone that day. They also hooked me up with a free coffee coffee mug and insulated tote bag. I was happy with the store, the service i received, and the customer service expertise in general.CONS: Edwin is new so understandably there was some misinformation about deals at first. Also i was annoyed once I got home and realized I don’t have a block for the new charger which i was told i would be given so I called the store and the block is over 23$ and my phone is about to die so I’ll have a dead phone remainder of the day and buy one tomorrow. If it weren’t for the block situation i would have given 5 stars.Thanks guys for the assistance.

I came here to see how I can keep my phone while renewing my contract.I like my phone and I don't want a new one and I knew the option was there for me to do so however the attendant on duty was refusing to allow me that option and made me feel like I was being forced to pay for new phones when I simply cannot afford them. I called customer service and got a years extension plus I got to keep my phone. Personally I think you need all new staff in your store, nobody should try to take advantage of a disabled senior like that.

Signed up for a hot spot after being assured by salesperson that it would work at my house. After getting it home I realized that there was NO service and the hotspot is useless.T Mobile refuses to cancel my contract so I am stuck paying $50+ per month for 2 years for a service that I can’t use!!

When one goes to a store and they give you a date That your product will be in.It doesn't come in which is understandable things are on back Order so you wait a week and then you're told UPS didn't bring anything but still can't tell you how long backward is.

The person that represented the office did a very good job very pleased. But since then the T-Mobile itself needs to figure out their towers and their system a little better service is not great everywhere . I was much happier with sprint.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had in a phone store. My boyfriend and I have been struggling with our signal for the last 3+ months, we had been to MULTIPLE different T-Mobile locations and left all of them extremely disappointed and still without acceptable service. We walked into this location and not even 15 minutes later left with the best phone signal I’ve ever had. Turns out it was a simple chip issue that all the rest of the T-Mobile employees had lied to us about. Christian was able to help us very quickly and with the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, even with a store completely full of customers. He needs a raise, promotion, and a vacation!!

I would give this place a zero if I could. The young man there was not polite and he kept rushing me and didn’t bother to try and help me. And when I asked about other phones he didn’t even want to talk about it. I had to actually get online while sitting in their parking lot to get the help I needed, so if you need help I recommend going in line don’t go to this place.

I had a very bad experience in this store yesterday. I went in to upgrade my phone. Nothing wrong with my old phone just wanted a new one and was a previous Sprint customer which is now T-Mobile. I first didn’t like that they charged me a activation fee when I was simply upgrading my phone . Sprint never charged me a activation fee. One of the associates told me “that’s why Sprint went under” and are now T-Mobile because of not charging fees like this. Seriously?? Then they go to transfer all my stuff from my old phone to new and it started at 54 minutes remaining to 11 min remaining and stopped , they told me it was because my battery was low in my old phone so they plugged it up. Then started again,. Then told me it was because my storage was full and I needed to buy more storage so I did that while standing there. Then my phone needed to be updated so they started that. It’s been 1 1/2 hours by this time and I needed to leave , the associate called his manager Bri and she said I could leave both phones and they would notify me (using my BF’s phone) when it was done this was now 5:20pm. Called them around 6:30 pm and he said it should be done shortly. We headed to the store ariund 6:50 and Bri tells me my old phone has done some apple boot loop thing and can’t transfer!!! She then ask why would you want to upgrade from a perfectly good iPhone .? That’s funny cause when I entered the store and told them I wanted to upgrade , that question wasn’t asked . And then she told me my phone is not transferring because I didn’t do my updates regularly. Seriously!!! I walked in with a perfectly working phone with lots of memories on it and they tell me they are all gone. I asked to do a return ion the new phone and please just give me back my old phone and she said no it’s their property now.

One star because you can't give none.This location must have some of the worse customer service I have experienced ever. Also after 20 years of customer service, I would have never kept a job acting that way towards customers!!

I only giving one star because they don't let you leave none. This location must have some of the worse customer service I have ever experienced. After 20 years of customer service I very disappointed they didn't try any harder to help and seem to only go in circles. I would have been fired for treating customers the way I have been treated at this location!! Multiple times my spouse and I don't have gotten attuditue from imployees for simply asking questions and standing our ground on paying for things we didn't understand why.

I would rate them less if I could. They raised their voice at my grandmother for something that she totally didn't understand, as technology isn't something she knows a lot about. As we were leaving the store, they were grumbling under their breath about us. They just didn't want to preform our service because it wouldn't make them any money. The change from Sprint to T-Mobile has just been terrible. Cassidy in particular was yelling out the door at us. I didnt catch the other girl's name, but she was particularly rude to my grandmother. How embarrassing! I hope they feel ashamed of themselves.
