If you plan to purchase anything from this location or sleep number in general make sure you ask every question, read everything they give you, and verify with them.I purchased a mattress with a adjustable base and mattress protector in March 2022. It’s basically a glorified over priced air mattress. After my 30 day trail I called to return. I was then informed by sleep number customer service that the adjustable base is non-returnable. There would also be a $250 restocking fee for the mattress. I received free delivery and setup. I was never informed of the base not being returnable. I was able to get sleep number to take both the mattress and base back. I still owe $500 for restocking. I never received a mattress protector, it was marked as picked up in store. At the end of the day, when the products are returned, they are not donated. The mattresses are burned.I will never recommend any friends, family, or acquaintances to SleepNumber:

My husband and I were just in the area for the weekend and decided to stop by to test out the beds. Eric was phenomenal! He took his time explaining every function, provided his personal experience and was very honest. He even followed up weeks later to make sure we were set up correctly. I would advise anyone who is interested to go to the harrisonburg location and ask for Eric!

Take everything that these people tell you with a grain of salt. As with dishonest used car salesmen, you need question anything they say. On top of that, when you have an issue with your purchase, like we did. Sleep Numbers customer service is the worst ! A bunch of apologies and talking in circles ! Absolutely no accountability for their mistakes ! Be prepared for a 30 day wait for any service appointment, even when it is their mistakes !

Do not buy a sleep number me and my wife got the p5 mattress and it is worse than sleeping on a cheap air bed from Walmart. We ended up paying 200 for them to deliver it and we just called to return it and we are being charged another 200 for them to pick up the 1500 dollar bed so we end up paying a 3rd of the mattress for something we are not happy with the 100 night trail is bs if your not 100% for you'll be happy with it dont buy it!!! We was unaware and miss lead of the 200 dollar fee for them to pick it up and we agruged with there customer service for nothing to be down was transferred 3 times finally got to talk to the corporate case manager and he was nasty and kept raising his voice. Please save the money and headache and go somewhere else
