Lack of urgency to make customers food and poor attitudes from the women working in the kitchen. One employee was too lazy to even call out the order numbers for customers to know when their order is ready. Instead of preparing food it was mainly standing around and chit chatting going on from the employees.
I have been in this position before, it’s not difficult to execute. If individuals are not happy with their career, go do something else.
Food was made poorly, lacking the sense of care.

The lady was amazingly polite and the food was SO GOOD and the store was taken care of really well.

Fantastic Sheetz on East Market in Harrisonburg, VA! I stopped by at 3:30 a.m. Even as early as it was, the food was really tasty, and the service was very professional. One of the employees recommended some drinks to get you going in the morning. The drinks they recommended were great! Thanks guys!! I am highly pleased with this location!

I just waited 25 minutes for a $17 cheeseburger and left without it! They had only 1 other orders! The guy at the counter said they were high on meth! Never Again!

Couldn't get them to make my drink despite paying for it, go back to the counter for my refund and I think the only response I got from the clerk was a listless stare and a couple grunts. Although he understood enough because he at least gave my money back.

It's location is a great distance from the highway. However, it's a great place to shop and get gas.

Why would a person let food go out like this completely burned food and buns. I thought this place would put a higher standard on food. But I guess I was wrong. This is how your money go down the drain!!!!

Waited inside 15 minutes for one frozen mocha. Place was pretty empty. A guy who ordered 6 food items AFTER me got his stuff first ??
