I'm not here to say Sentara's personnel are perfect. However, I've witnessed plenty of demanding and rude patients that lack etiquette while on my doctor/lab visits so it can go both ways. Perhaps the nurses get tired of dealing with these types of personalities and it sours their mood. Everyone should show a little kindness.

Jennifer you are a sad excuse for being in the medical field. You are so extremely disrespectful and it is uncalled for. All I wanted was to make an appointment and you made the experience awful. You will not receive my business and I hope you find a new job because you definitely need it with your rude attitude. I really like my Physician Assistant but many of the nurses could seriously benefit from sensitivity training, classes in respect and over all friendlier demeanors. Some are great but they are few. The rest act like we should know what to do without their help. If that was the case there would be no need for a nurse! I have seen this through varies forms of contact and seeing different Sentara healthcare providers. Bad attitudes undermine how hard they work. If you don't care about us why should we care about you? Then add to the fact that my questions get altered on the way to the physician and get returned lacking answers I feel sufficiently answer my question. Let's not even discuss response time. While my PA nurse responds quickly others in the same office take days to respond!

my son is sick i have doctor since long time i call for appointment .same day ,i call 3 times for appointment, they told me doctor did not see the message as soon as doctor read the message we give you call very irresponsible customer service i call next day still they say same thing .

Dr. Lepley has been my doctor for years and I love him. However, there is a serious issue with the responsiveness of the staff. A patient should not have to call and email every day for a week to get a preauthorization form sent to the pharmacy. Very frustrating because Dr. Lepley is such a great doctor but I would not recommend anyone to this practice due to the customer service. Very disappointing.

Victoria Sullivan is always an absolute gem to work with. She helps explain anything you may need help with and ensures you have a good plan for your health moving forward. The entire staff is friendly and efficient and the environment is clean and respectful. I’d recommend this practice to anyone.

I see Dr lepley. He has always been very professional he is caring he listens to what you say and the doctor's office visits are not just rushed he has a true compassion for his patients anybody looking for a doctor needs to really look at him as their next Doctor are really appreciate Dr lepley and everything he has done for me.

This is kim Griffith, This place is a joke! 3 month wait for an appointment to get a physical, then turned into being seen in a parking lot for 5 min. After I waited twice on the phone for someone to pick up, a total of 41 minutes. And then charged my insurance 260.00, I then called my insurance provider to see how it was coded, , . I then wrote a letter to them, absolutely no response, never will I ever go to this place again. They could care less.as I said a joke of a place. , and a rip off, that charge is insane, which I had to pay 192.54. ,n, angry is an understatement. so beware!

They mean well, but both times I've been into see them for significant physical issues their default assumption is that the issue is psychiatric. It took a lot of assertiveness to get them to accept that my pain has a physical rather than emotional cause. They have also never responded to a message left on voice mail, but are better about responding to messages sent through Sentara's online portal.

I have been a Patient of Dr. Alan Morgan's since 1999. I won't go to Any Other Doctor. To me Dr. Morgan is One of the Best, Up to Dated in His Medical Fielded Doctors in Harrisonburg Virginia. Along with Dr. Lepley, He too is a Great Doctor. They run RMH South Main Health along with other PA's that work under them. Now, I do like Brandi who is a PA .. she too has a Very Caring Heart and Works Well to provide tge Best in Health Care to a Patient's Needs.

I have been coming here for years. This facility has really gone down hill and quickly. You will always be leaving a voicemail, it is impossible to chat with anybody, and even their voicemail says not to call back...leaving you confused and not sure what is going on. I understand that things get busy, but I have seriously waited weeks for medications before that I needed because nobody returned my call to tell me I needed a follow up (which by the way is rudely what they say will be the only way they call you back is to get you back on the books before refilling). Just a super disappointment. I will be finding somewhere else to go and I recommend you all do the same.

Dr Morgan, is an amazingly Dr. The nurses and staff are nice and kind all the time. Best family Dr setting love it. ❤️❤️
