I started my membership when “The Wellness Center “ first opened in, I believe it was, 1985. Everything about this facility and the staff began strong and has greatly improved over time.
Sentara RMH Wellness Center is a premier wellness facility in the Harrisonburg area. Our members don't join just to become fit; they join because they want to lead a healthier lifestyle.
