I've seen various doctors at this office for decades. The staff has been very courteous and responsive as of late and the doctors have been helpful and engaged.

Dr. Godshall is the only reason why I come back for treatment to this place.It used to be the Family Physicians place that turned into a cruel butcher shop with barely educated/minimum certified, power hungry staff that happily exercise their “authority” over you a specialty with MASKS REGIME.It wasn’t like that 3-4 years ago.Not willing to support that with my hard earned dollar.

Dr Witman is great. I miss my providers Dr Smith and Dr. Finch who both retired and were the best docs. One of the few practices not owned by corporations.

Just got fired for not being accurate for blood pressure. No one offered any help to get me up to speed.i have Used digital blood pressures not manual. They use manual. Not my kind of office

One of the reviews is by one of the doctors' sons I believe so it may not be objective. 15 to 20 years ago the practice was great. Two of the better doctors there have retired in the past 12 or so years. Many of the original office staff and nurses have either left or retired- things have changed and not for the better. It is not the same and a more money productivity oriented practice now-like much of medicine today. Maybe they should bring those two doctors out of retirement and bring back RFP to what it used to be which was trusted quality care.

Personally, I like the doctors. In fact, I think Witman is great.What I don’t like is being told I have to call in the following day to schedule an appointment. I called 8 minutes before they close, which I apologized for as soon as she answered. The lady answered and said, “Nope, you’ll have to call tomorrow at 8.” I know exactly who she is as I’ve had multiple negative interactions with her. I will be filing my complaint tomorrow… at 8 :)I just cannot understand the lack of empathy in the medical field. I’m hoping some of my doctors will just start their own practice and hire some receptionists who genuinely care about the people they treat.

Cancelled my appointment without letting me know apparently their records were not updated when I went 2 years ago then I was dismissed as a patient by not even medical staff but office staff because I cursed

One of the few private doctor's offices left in the area. Without the restraints and quota requirements of companies bought by Sentara you can get a thorough exam that isn't 15 minutes or less.

Visited Dr Lopez in January, she dismissed a hernia I brought to her attention, and a few months later it has gotten bigger and started to become a big problem. I literally asked for a referral for the next step and she told me it wasn’t necessary. Extremely unhappy with this practice, would rather be put on a waitlist elsewhere than return.

Have been going there for many years and it's a great place, wonderful staff and services. I see Dr. Witman and he truly cares about his patients. They all care. The wait time isn't that bad!
