Not a clue with regards to custom or classics. If you have a VIN code for a repair or an insurance claim this may be a good place to go.Receptionist / desk person was friendly and hospitable but not able to understand what "blast and etch-prime" meant...because this is a repair center, not a real body shop. No worries. I just wish someone had noted this in comments before I drove all the way out there...

Really bad service ......my insurance took my truck to get it fix there and instead they left it worst they put a lot of glue to stick my front bumper back ....i told the guy a even took pics of the glue on my bumper and send it to the insurance company.....after a second attempt to fix it there I got mad and took it to Chevrolet dealer to get it fix ....i wouldn't never recommend this place at all

I had bad experience first time the bumper was bent and had some scratch on the hood and the grill had paint from the hood,i went back for second time this time my hood was bent the door didn't feel right and i missing a cap on the wiper arm

The actual body work they did was great and their customer service was good- but don’t expect to get your car back in the same condition you left it in. My clutch now needs to be replaced but it was fine when I dropped my car off with them. They won’t admit any responsibility since it’s a wearable item.

I am so pleased with my service. I came in after visiting several other shops and was extremely distressed and upset about my car. I have a Volkswagen EOS and they are notorious for having leaks from the convertible top. I unfortunately fell victim to this issue, I had a leak from my roof and my car was completely flooded. I walked in and they took my car right away. Not only did they service me immediately, they took the time to give me a ride back to where I needed to be AND offered to pick me up when my car was ready. They have the utmost respect for their clients and don't rip people off, especially me not knowing very much about cars. I appreciate this establishment for their kindness and will continually bring my business here. Thank you Premier!

Can every auto repair be like this? Premier worked with my insurance to get my repairs covered, no effort on my part. The car was finished quickly and was clean inside and out. Staff was polite with excellent customer service. Would recommend!
