I give them a three star because they still have a ways to go to update equipment in this gym and to keep it clean. I am happy to see them finally starting to make some changes but it’s not quite there yet. Seems like they are starting to listen to their members, and providing a good place to workout.

This planet fitness is my favorite because it’s not super crowded and the staff is awesome. Nate is the staff member I notice the most, he’s super accommodating and friendly

As a truck driver on the road handling all to the east coast North and South I chose to get Planet Fitness as a place to work out and get the black card because it's always a place that I can get a shower was always places I can get a massage and get a quick workout plus the 30-minute workout works for me sometimes cuz I hit the whole body and roll out

Joined back in October of last year, a coworker convinced me to join saying they had been going for months and wanted a gym buddy so I decided to join expecting to go with them and the plan of going after work. They told me I could cancel anytime
My coworker only went once and I ended up having to leave my job in late November , the nearest gym to my home is 45 minutes away and of course driving that far to go to a gym is ridiculous.
I decided to cancel because im not using it ,I was informed it is $50 some bucks to cancel which I don't have, I don't even have the $25 to pay the membership because I'm not working but they didn't care.
Here I am now paid $275 for something I only used once , as soon as September comes I'm canceling. It must be nice just to receive a free $350 because they also charge some stupid annual fee right after you sign up.

I've held a Black Card membership with Planet Fitness for over 5 years, mostly for the tanning beds. Although the staff is friendly and welcoming, I am so disappointed this year. Over half of the beds do not work and those that do aren't working properly. There are bulbs missing, fans not working, and only 2 lay down beds available ( one of those being the bed with hot air coming out of the fans). I don't know if I will continue my membership much longer.

I appreciate any location that allows me to park my truck for a couple hours to get my workout done. It would be ok to do after businesshours. Honestly, this location has one of the nastiest showers i have seen.

Wonderful experience with staff member Nate. A very helpful young man with a great attitude to work with customers. Clean space, considerate members and a substantial variety of machines and equipment.

Nice and big albeit a bit aged. Showers are not the best but as a bonus they provide soap.

One of the dirtiest and smelliest gym I have ever gone to. Same garbage on the floor from like two weeks ago!! Shower curtain couldn’t be any smaller!!! ????

BEWARE don’t not visit this Planet Fitness. There’s no Locker room to change clothes and the bathroom and shower is outside in a mobile trailer and it’s disgusting. Worst PF I’ve ever visited in my life.
Edit: that was during some remodeling. I actually love this location, always clean, good equipment, and it’s the only one I know of that’s still open 24hrs everyday
